I took my Kuat swing arm for Jeff to look at, cause a component fell out. After talking to him, he said he doesn’t really work on this piece but agreed to take a look. Jeff got it apart and explained how for me to get it fixed or I could bring it back for his help when the parts come in. He went way above and beyond.
