I was in this store today. I found what I came in for and was able to check out quickly. The reason for the one star review is a customer was walking her dog on a leash in the store. The customer didn't appear to be blind nor disabled. The dog was clearly a household pet. The dog had no business in the store. This a safety issue if the dog got away from the owner and started running in the store.Apparently the store manager isn't aware of the ADA policy on service animals.Here it is:The following is taken from the ADA website. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.The last line says it all, dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.Shame on store manager and staff for letting this happen.Evidently the safety of their customers isn't important.I hope the health department takes notice of this. This matter needs to be taken seriously. The store needs to be fined.

while checking out at this location, my partner and i came in contact with the friendliest employee. We purchased mushroom lamps and she raved about how she loved everything in our cart and was just overall a genuine and loving human being. Shoutout to Michele for proving us with the up most customer service! if anyone deserves a raise it's her!!!

I’ve been shopping in this store very often, but this is gonna change because the manager doesn’t let me park my bike inside in the store anymore.I’ve been shopping for family, for household and for myself mainly dresses and cosmetics.Gucci wallet are at $350 and sunglasses $150.Also I like the section for jewelry, people are very nice.

The girls on the floor and jewelry counter are the best and have amazing customer service skills. I unfortunately cannot say the same for most of the cashiers and every manager I have ever spoken to there. No accountability when they are wrong. I typically come to the store on a whim and type my TJ Maxx card number in. However, the managers don’t seem familiar with how Thai works and it’s sad because o have been told multiple times “we don’t do that” but the employees are more seasoned and have to correct the manager. How is that?! During Christmas times a manager got an attitude with me over it and refused to apologize when she was wrong. I myself am a manager for many years and have apologized when I’m right. Mostly because perception is reality but when you’re straight up wrong and not kind about it, that leaves a bad taste. I’ll be writing to corporate about this. It shouldn’t be. I have had ten poor experience there but I love the jewelry counter girls so much I just try to buy things with no sensor so I can check out in peace.
