I was in the store today and was able to find everything I needed. A store employee was helpful pointing me in the right direction. The reason for the one star review was I saw a couple pushing a shopping cart with two dogs sitting in it. The couple didn't appear to be blind nor disabled. The dogs were cleary pets. Apparently the store manger Kevin Lent is unaware of the ADA policy in regards to service animals. Here it is.The following is taken from the ADA website. Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Examples of such work or tasks include guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling a wheelchair, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, reminding a person with mental illness to take prescribed medications, calming a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) during an anxiety attack, or performing other duties. Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a dog has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person's disability. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.The last line says it all comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.Shame on the store manager and the employees for allowing this to happen. I hope the health department takes not of this.

Horrible! It's 115 pm on a Saturday and lines are ridiculously long! No human's running the registers AND less than half of the self checkout lines are working!Management should be written up for failure to provide basic customer service! I had one bag of grass seed but just left it on the sofa machine as the line was too long! I'll go down the street to Ace Hardware! FAILURE I do not recommend this sorry location

Always have what I need at this Home Depot. Easy to get to with an entrance across from El Clair Ranch Road. The employees are helpful and friendly(most of them) every now and then you run not an employee that's not helpful or nice. But for the most part they are. Prices are reasonable with a large selection. Good place.

You would be better off calling a ghost town if you're trying to reach somebody at this location, for some reason they just don't wanna pick up the phone and if they do, your on hold until the call drops and you can start all over again.

They are dog friendly and very helpful. If you can't find an item you can look it up in your phone and it will tell you what isle to find it in. Overall always a great experience for me and my pup.

Definitely don't like this Home Depot. Do a curbside pickup literally at any other location. I checked in, double checked that I checked in, then waited 45 mins before calling to ask what was up. Apparently they didn't get my checkin until I gave my order number. The rep said, oh yea there it is, sorry about that... I'll bring it right out. I waited another 15 mins for the rep to come out who was unable to lift the package, then wandered the parking lot to find someone to help. Total time spent 60+ mins... I'll give 2 starts though for their politeness and thanking me for my patience.

I've been purchasing materials and supplies from Home Depot since 1988 in Philadelphia. So I go back a long time with them. Most of my interactions with the employees there are excellent but as always, and as the saying goes, one rotten apple poisons the whole barrel. This was the case last week. I visited this Home Depot and spent $4700 in half an hour. I had a question a checkout about whether or not it was possible to add the extended warranty after we left the store, for 2 appliances that we did not purchase the warranty for yet. The person I asked would not let me finish my sentence. He kept talking over me and trying to guess what I was going to say. This deteriorated into a verbal altercation when he cursed me and dismissed me. Personally, I think Home Depot should get rid of this person but I'm sure they did not. He seemed like he was going to be violent at any moment. I will consider buying from other suppliers before Home Depot because of the interaction with this imbecile who is not only rude and unprofessional but outright threatening and using profanity directly to my face. I promised to post this photo and this review before I left Home Depot. The manager Matt reached out to me and told me that they had taken care of this within the store. I know that if he is still working there, nothing was taken care of. So it doesn't matter how long you've been working with this company and how much money you drop there, they do not see this type of psychotic behavior as an infraction. And this should go to show everybody that HD values a dangerous, rotten-apple employee over their paying customers. I am posting photos of the violent-acting employee. Try Lowes. Not only did we buy 3 vanities there that HD did not have in stock, but they also did everything in their power to help us and give us their PRO 15% discount.

Lowe's is worth the extra few minutes drive. The manager of this store should be relieved of their duties.

i was with my father recently at home depot and we tried to get the military discount for a purchase and was told it needed to be done online now. So the procedure online now is filling out a form for registration online and then verification which means scanning and uploading military documentation. Now can you imagine an elderly veteran having to do all this on their own?? Luckily I can help my father here but what about another Veteran that does not have help. Why did Home Depot have to complicate a discount for Veterans???? It is very stupid and ridiculous to have this new method instead of just accepting the military card (like they previously did) and having the home depot employee submit the discount at the register. Feels like Home Depot is trying to find a way out of continuing giving discounts to Veterans which is shameful and disgusting after all they have done and given and companies in America are trying to make things harder for them. Home depot should be ashamed.

Terrible terrible place to buy an appliance! Spent $1300 an ordered an lg side by side. Waited a week for delivery and then marlon from Ralph's trucking, the party that Home Depot subs it's deliveries out to refused to deliver to my second floor Coach house. They drive away at sight of the stairs. Reschedule for a week later and they said the fridge was not on the truck. Lazy a** delivery men refuse to deliver up the stairs one story. Never again. Home Depot cancelled my order and bought same fridge from Rosners. They delivered, climbed up one flight of stairs and got the job done. Home Depot is worst place to buy an appliance from. I'm not the first person to live on second story. Shame on them, they took my money gladly and I waited 3 weeks for my refund. Home Depot sucks

How does one rate a "nightmare"?? Minus zero stars ... My "kitchen aid" built in refrigerator broke down. We we're without one for over a month, because of deliveries and specific measurements. After spending days and hours online looking for the specific measurements we found one at Home Depot. The manager of the moment rang two refrigerators by mistake .When we called w questions about delivery we found out we had two refrigerators coming... Two screwed up deliveries later one man came up to my place eyeballed the refrigerator he was supposed to remove and said he wasnt going to remove because it was a subzero which wasn't .He then walked out out and drove off with our refrigerator refusing to leave it even if we wanted to remove the old ones ourselves.. After trying to talk to someone with some sort of authority holding for 30 minutes at a time and being transferred from 12:00 till 6:00 pm with no results!!!!we gave up and went Brands Smart and was successful. How can I rate a place like that! ?....AVOID IT I WISH I DID!

Another wasted trip to Home Depot. I went in for a simple soap pump for my sink. Asked for help in finding it. Was told what aisle it was in. Not escorted to item, Couldn't find it. Put the other item back and walked out. Logged on to Amazon and it's on it's way. Go Amazon.

If you are in need of home appliances go somewhere else. Went into this store on 7/24 /21 to buy a washing machine. We confirmed with the sales person that the model was in stock IN THEIR WAREHOUSE and confirmed delivery on 7/29/21. Today we got an email saying our washer was unexpectedly back ordered. Delivery had been pushed to 8/13. Does anyone believe it won't get pushed again. I called customer service where the person told me I was mistaken and delivery had been originally scheduled for 8/13. This in spite of the fact that I have the invoice as well as the email saying it moved. He also told me they don't own any of these appliances. They drop ship them from the vendor. NEWS FLASH PEOPLE!!! HOME DEPOT CHARGES YOU FOR PRODUCT THEY DONT OWN AND HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY FOR (In this case) ALMOST A MONTH BEFORE THEY CAN GET IT. Very very shady and highly unethical. Don't know why they think I should trust them to deliver on 8/13. I'm sure I'd get it in September or October or so. They would also hang on to my money to "reserve " my washer for me. These guys lie , misrepresent, and take your money. Go elsewhere

I tried to order a full kitchen with cabinets, countertop, appliances, and installation. It took a week to get an appointment, then the salesperson was frequently unavailable, no one answers phones there, and when she finally gave me a design, there was no pricing for the cabinets or countertops. When the countertops got priced out it was not for my selection. Complete incompetence. I wasted almost two months trying to buy a kitchen and finally had to cancel the order because they told me I need a permit that would take 10 weeks on top of the lead time.. This should have been done at the onset.. I also could not find an appliance salesperson to work with, and everything is "online." why do I need a kitchen designer if I have to shop and purchase online? The entire experience was awful, a waste of time, and overall extremely frustrating and disappointing. Do not go to this store!
