Truly Tropical Mangos & Fruit is a small tropical fruit farm and nursery in Delray Beach, Florida, that specializes in mangos. All fruit is grown on the property without conventional pesticides or other chemicals. This place is amazing, with many different mango varieties unlike any others. The lemon meringue mangos are noted as the best ever had. It is a legacy homestead farm right in the neighborhood with a down home farm stand feel, offering the best mango selection in the area. The people who work there are super friendly and will answer any questions, sharing valuable knowledge. The business is also a tree nursery where all trees bought are in excellent condition and fruit within a year. Visitors note it is a place that will change your mind about mangoes, with a strong recommendation to go during mango season. It represents good old fashioned plant breeding and community agriculture.
I came all the way from the Tampa Bay area to visit this mango farm. The only problem is the process of buying the mangoes is disorganized. I felt that some people we're trying to block other people from getting certain mangoes. Anyway, the lemon meringue mango is awesome can't wait to plant the seeds.
