DO NOT RENT YOUR U-HAUL FROM THIS LOCATION.
I rented a U-Haul last week and took a picture of the gas level, mileage, and timestamp before driving off. When I returned the truck later that day, I refilled the gas back to the level it was at when I picked it up. Despite this, I was charged an additional $35 for gas. When I checked my receipt, I noticed they had marked the gas level much higher than what I was originally given.
On top of that, I also saw that they falsified my pickup time—listing it as 9 AM, when my timestamped picture clearly shows I picked it up around 8 AM. They are clearly manipulating U-Haul reports to squeeze extra money out of customers.
Thankfully, I had photo proof and was able to call U-Haul to dispute the charges. However, I can only imagine how many people are unknowingly overpaying because they’re not checking their receipts.
I highly recommend driving a bit farther to the next closest U-Haul location to avoid dealing with this dishonest business. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

Very nice and convenient place to rent a truck. There is a storage place right behind it so that is also a plus.

I have rented many U-Haul's over the years without any issues. This place changed everything. Picked up the truck and the gas tank was on empty. Took a picture, thank goodness. They charged me $30, for $6 a gallon, gas(filled it up with more than I picked it up with) and a $30 "courtesy fill up fee". When we returned it, refused a receipt, said it was emailed. It wasn't. Now I have s case with UHaul,, will see how this turns out. Don't use this location, save yourself the hassle!

Don’t expect any type of dollys or moving equipment. Reserved everything and nothing available. Go somewhere else.

Ordered a truck online and even called the day before and it still wasn't there. They sent me to another location and that one didn't have a truck either All in all very unprofessional and I will never use uhaul again

The worst. Checkin took more than an hour - employees had no idea how their own computer system works. Eventually I had to check in myself online. Two of the tires on the van did not have enough air - warning lights on the display. The gas tank on the car was only 3/4 full. The interior lights on the van didn’t work. The dolly I rented was broken and also had two flat tires. When I returned the car, the attendants told me (a) it was my job, not theirs, to put air in the van tires (!), (b) the dolly I returned was not the dolly they gave me (where would I get my own dolly??) and (c) that it was the responsibility of the previous renter, not them, to make sure the gas tank was full (even though the franchise is located in a gas station). I can’t imagine renting from this UHaul again.

Never mind about this place doesn't honor reservations. Not only did I create an account online and made a reservation online, upon calling this neighborhood U-Haul the person behind the phone was very rude. This is not your neighborhood U-Haul! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time coming to this location!
