I use this store all the time doing returns or sending things out I have never had anything but great service and if you call them on the phone for information they're very polite and I really don't understand all those bad reviews they make absolutely no sense to me

I’ve been going to this UPS for the past 5 years and I have to say the staff is amazing except for the older gentleman that works there. He’s so rude, and just off putting. I had an issue with my Amazon return once, so he literally snatched my phone and was trying to walk me through how to fix it, I immediately understood what I did wrong, apologized and tried to give an explanation while taking my phone back. He cut me off, didn’t listen and proceeded to go through my amazon app and fix the other return since there were two. I was a little shocked. He was also rude to the lady that was working with him that day…
Other than this older gentleman, I love everybody else who works there, they work so hard and always want to help. Nothing but sweet, nice and kind people.

After reading all these nasty comments I had to leave a 5 star review. The employees here are always attentive and helpful. I've seen the customers throw tantrums often over normal things. Honestly idk how the employees have the patience they do to deal with the people around here.

I am a disabled person, and the UPS employee that helped me, was both kind patient and helpful. He is an excellent example of what Customer Service should be in this day and age that we are living. I hope they get, the UPS company, this review and track down the employee, and get him an accommodation for such great service. Will tell all my disabled friends to definitely use this UPS store use.

Came here for an Amazon return, and the staff person who helped me couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. Found it a smooth experience, and will definitely return here for my shipping needs.

worst possible UPS store ever. They are rude, incompetent, hire thugs as lawyers to hide their misdoings and go after the guy with the lost package for their legal fees. Disgrace to Florida, Haiti, UPS

Owner is a scam and sceeze won’t tape for you and wants you to buy the tape that’s been a sitting out for a year to seal a package. Is extremely argumentative and won’t accept happy returns because it costs him money. There are so many other UPS locations do your self a favor and find another :)

I didn’t write the review about my experience in this store until I read the other reviews.
This is a father and son store. I was going there for years. The father was always rude and nasty.
The son was always a delight. We spoke about many subjects. He acknowledged his father’s bad behavior and said he would never change. In a joking manner he said he was scared of him. But was it a joke? As it turned out it was not.
I was in the store and nasty, nasty, foul mouthed old man needed to give me a price on a small box. I was waiting 5 minutes while he was searching for the price in the computer and I asked why it was taking so long.
He looked up at me w so much anger and said “who the F do I think I am an and never come back into my f-in store. Needless to say I was shocked.
I looked at his son and he seemed paralyzed to step in. He was scared of his father after all. How sad.
For me it did not matter. I continued to patronize the store even after I moved closer to the ups on Clintmore because I like the son.
How I wish they were a cash business so they can feel how they treat their customers in their pockets!

The worst service of any UPS Store I’ve ever been to!! They refused 4 different Amazon returns. I had printed labels for all of them ready to be affixed to the boxes. They told me I needed additional boxes or bags for every return. They refused to tape the boxes I had for the returns. I will never come to this UPS Store again.

The staff in this UPS are the BEST!! Exceptional customer service. Polite courteous.. and great sense of humor.. made a daunting process sending important documents abroad To the UK easy!! ?? YAY.. sorry I can't remember the name of clerk 13091 Thank you!!! This was the best part of a long very hot busy day!! But must acknowledge your part in my day. Thanks ??
