Went here for a notary. Experience during the notary was fine. I needed his name after the fact and he was extremely rude when giving it to me. Would not go here again.

The guy named Joseph is horrible guy. He humiliated me as a woman, he was rude and had unacceptable behavior to the customers. He was sarcastically making fun of me in front of other customers because I didn’t see “self packaging” instead of nicely explain to his customer the instructions for the return. To feel me more uncomfortable he said he will charge me for one 5 inch piece of tape!!!!! That is disgusting!!! I use to come that store every time and both younger guys are amazing, sweet and helpful. This person Joseph is an ugliest person I ever met. He is extremely rude to the customer, I will have to switch the location because I wish never see him again.

If you are thinking of using this store, you should look for another UPS store. The workers are very nasty and definitely not friendly people spend your money with people are nice. This is not the place.

Absolutely this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in any store in my entire 43 years of life. The store manager Joe literally screamed at me to "GET OUT" when I asked him if he could help me straighten out an address correction. He lunged toward me pointing his finger in my face. I seriously was scared and probably should have called the police. Another employee told me to call customer service to get the address changed, which I did. Customer service apologized for the way were yelling at me (she could hear him yelling at me in the background). While I was on the phone with customer service, Joe and other employees went ten feet away to a computer and turned on a sports game so loud that I couldn't hear customer service. I asked him if he could please lower the volume as I couldn't hear what they were trying to tell me and again he told me to go away. I left without my package crying. They are out of control there. Absolutely unprofessional. Update 24 hours after this review was originally posted… my package containing a 3k computer has been conveniently “lost” by Joseph. He should be in jail.

the owner is a piece of garbage. he’s a thief. my mom (who left a review a couple days ago) ordered a computer for my brother for christmas. it didn’t even arrive in time because of the nasty owner Joseph. he yelled at her and yelled. she is trying her best to get the package but guess what. we are pretty sure they stole it. everytime a package ships it’s tracked. they said it was sent to the facility but it never was. they 100% stole it. joseph was aggressive, unprofessional and would probably even make me cry. he threatened multiple times to call the cops on her. do not go here. they are a bunch of scammers.

Shipped a package Nov 11. Said guarantee delivery Nov 14. Called Nov 13, and found out package was not shipped yet. They had temporarily lost package. Package was found and delivered Nov 16. I was told I would get refund. I put in claim. Now I'm told they don't guarantee packages in November, and will only give me 5 percent store credit. So much for a guarantee. I will never use these franchise stores ever again!!!

Very unprofessional. I went to send an Amazon return. My box needed to be taped, 10 inch of tap. The employee has the tape on his hand and told me that the client is responsible for taping the box. If I want him to tape the box I need to pay $2. I refused to pay it and left. The guy doesn't care about me.We can tell that it's not his store. I never return there. October 31 2023 at 10 am.

I got passport pictures taken here yesterday. After I took it to the embassy in Miami I was told that they were far from acceptable to passport standards. I had to go to another passport photo place in Miami to get it done properly. When I went back today to this Boca location for a refund I was told that there would be no refund. I FEEL CHEATED! Terrible customer service. Don't go here!!!

I attempted to make a simple Amazon return and was made it feel like it was an inconvenience to do and that I was going to blame ups for not getting a refund. It's a simple process and I've never had an issue with returns or refunds ever before. I have no idea why it was such a big deal at this store. I will not be back and do not appreciate the way I was talked to.

Horrible customer service. I had an Amazon Return that did not need a box or label. On my receipt there was not a "1z" number, so there is no way to track the return unless I contact Amazon directly. I asked the clerk if I could take a picture of the label which he put on my package- which had a valid tracking number. He literally started yelling at me that I could not have a picture of it, and that his tracking number would be of no use to me. If that is the case then let me take the picture and if it does nothing for me then so be it. The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Go to another UPS Store, where the employees know how to conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner.

Terrible service would not recommend! Came here to scan documents. The worker ran away from me, did not pay attention. Then he scanned everything in black and white and charged $46 for 18 sheets. He forgot to give my passport, I had to go pick it up. Scanned documents of terrible quality, the scan was made on half of the document, the scan format does not match the document. The photographs taken for the passport are overexposed. Don't waste your time and money here. You will have to redo it.
