They overcharge for packages. I went in to mail a box that was 8x8x4. The store associate told me they have to round up to 9x9x5. I checked UPS’s website and it says “Round to the nearest whole number when taking your measurements. For example, 1 to 1.49 will be considered 1, and 1.5 to 1.99 will be considered 2.” My box was no where near 8.5 inches or 4.5 inches extra in measurements. Smh it’s so sad that people will do whatever just for a few extra dollars.

I have never experienced such honest & genuine customer service; that was refreshingly real and friendly. Had so much fun even in the brief conversations I had with Holly & Naudia. I was mislead about some information regarding shipping and Holly was so kind rather than getting annoyed with me. Which lead me to thank her because poor customer service is on the rise; which in return she thanked me for being such a kind customer; as they get disrespected on a regular basis. Made me feel so comfortable and I will be exclusively going to them.- bull in a China shop

Store 3160..If I could give this location 0 starts, I would! I was in there this afternoon after visiting Boca town center and just passing through to mail an envelope. The individual that was assisting me. (White girl) asked me what was in my package. I replied, “there isn’t anything perishable, batteries, etc., if that’s what you arec asking me?” She insisted on knowing what was in the package and I told her I’ve never heard it framed this way before. In a condescending and snarky voice, she said, well, there’s always a change of pace.” I’ve never been so offended in my life when she said, well, we can’t ship paraphernalia, if that’s what’s in there. I am a licensed professional in the medical field and did not appreciate her condescending sarcasm, snarky, borderline traits personality. It was then that I realized, pulling out of there that this looks to be an area, probably with a lot of drugs. And to be honest, she looked like she could be using paraphernalia, because why else would you make a comment like?! This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life. Alex, please address this and train this individual appropriately at the least. She needs to be let go, in my opinion.

Wow! I've had the pleasure of receiving professional and courteous service from one of your 5 star employees, on more than one occasion. I believe her name is Crissy. She is a natural communicator and surely upper management material. Grateful for the Amazon return assistance at your E. Delray location. UPS rocks!

Nice clean store with helpful staff. I had to ship something here and was having a stressful day, but the UPS staff member Christine was so nice and helpful, she made my day better!

Customer service was good. Representative was friendly and efficient.Just noticed people parking on the grass where there was a sign that say the opposite. 0 respect for private property.

Location is great. Unfortunately customer service is among the worst I’ve seen. They wanted to charge $42 to help me package something I already bought UPS shipping for. Or I could buy the box but would have to leave the store to package my item and then come back. I said thanks but no thanks and went to the location nearby I knew would gladly help me package it without issue. Not very nice in there.

I have no idea why there are so many negative reviews. I came here about twice a week for 2 years to ship packages and the staff was always super nice & helpful. The bad experience is the parking lot because of the deli next store that is always packed. I find that going after 4pm is the best time.

I need quite a few envelopes printed for a weekly mailing and Alex so graciously accepted the work. So grateful as no one likes to print letter envelopes. He saved me. Thank you!And, he and the staff are kind and professional every time.

Tried to charge me 3 times the amount I paid to ship the same size/weight package I did the day before at another location. Forced me to go outside to put my items in my package. Save yourself the $$ and hassle and go to another location.

Wonderful service today! I had a complicated Amazon return and two wonderful female employees helped me pack up 2 memory foam mattresses into the box they came in. They had a great attitude & did not question packaging the very large box with some pushing and taping to make them fit. A+ service!
