7495 w Atlantic Ave Delray Beach Fl. They wouldn’t take the time to pack my box. They wouldn’t send out a priority mail which included our passports. They told us to go someplace else that they had a line there and they would not do what we needed to have done when it was our turn and they told us to go elsewhere so we did and the new one we went to was perfect .

Made an error on Happy Returns, even though I asked the clerk to verify that there were four items she only input three. Requiring me to have multiple other interactions with Happy Returns and make another trip to store total sloppiness.

This morning March 29 2025 I was surprised when I walked in the store. I asked if any male was there and there was none to assist me. This young lady by the name of Amya insisted she can and would help. She had such an amazing attitude and was very helpful. I said to her do you want me to help she said I have it ma’am. This is my second time at this location but because of her attitude today I will now make this my number one location. Hats of to you and the amazing staff.

This is a very nice clean store with plenty of help. The other day the service was above and beyond. AMAYA was amazing. She was so fast to process everything and with a big smile. WTG AMAYA.

Thus used to be an amazing and friendly store. Worst possible attitude from Geo the manager now.
The personnel did not used to have that attitude but it permeates through management down.
Guess this store might have great volume but good service is what got it here.
Don’t recommend, plenty of other UPS stores available.

While the staff seem helpful and friendly most of the time. I've shipped 3 packages through this location in the past month and all 3 have ended up lost by UPS during the shipping process. I shipped 1 other package via another UPS location 3 miles down the road and didn't have this issue. Something wrong in their process and it's affecting me directly, can't go to this store any longer.

This is my 2nd review of this UPS store. I come here pretty often for mailing purposes as well as Amazon returns for a few years. I always have had a good experience with the people here. Usually the same 2 or 3 guys. Always helpful and patient. There are a number of times the business is very busy and all the employees are swampedal and it can take some time to get everyone taken care of. Some people complain that the staff move too slow and can't get out of there fast enough.I personally would prefer someone who was slow and accurate than someone fast and sloppy. Also, these people do not actually make the deliveries of your mail, packages. Screaming at them for poor deliveries is not the right people to blame.
