Imtaz Ahmed is a wonderful man and worker. I had been to many stores with a problem that they did not care about or try to help me and this compassionate man took time to calm me and solve my problem Very professional, very helpful I was at my wits end and he treated me like a person.

Employees are friendly and helpful. I receive no hassle when dropping off packages, printing, getting rates, etc. I can’t say the same thing at other nearby UPS stores. I prefer this location to the others by far!

I love this UPS. It is my absolute favorite. The people are so warm and friendly. They are always smiling and happy to help me. Leslie, Eric, Curtis, Geo and Ryan are all amazing. I look forward to seeing them all ☺️

The manger here GEO BALLERO is LAZY!!!Came in with a fully wrapped package and he would not accept it no big deal we were on our way out and his coworker had to come outside to inform us that they would accept the package we would just have to print it up the label ourselves geo did not tell us that he sent us away.. best part GEO WALKED OUTSIDE TOLD HIM HE CANT HELP US…Drive a few mins to another store they accept the package no problem Claudia was the beat

Drive the extra few minutes to the next store unless you want to waste your time. Wouldn't ship something because I packed it myself. Wanted to upcharge for packaging a package that was already wrapped. RIPOFF

2 horrible young men work there.. they are not professionals.. just because we had little disagreement during , they had boxed my shipment so badly by the time my son got the delivery the box was already falling apart ..!!!Ps; this note for those 2 not so honest cry babies if you take everything so personal you should stay home

I have been coming to this location for the last year and a half since we moved to florida. I have only been to other locations but never again. They are so professional at this store. I was trying to to an Amazon return today and Curtis showed me how to change it on Amazon bc some of my returns were coming up to go to Whole Foods and i was panicking i have immune issues and after spending all day at the doctors I did not want to go to any other store just home. Curtis and geo made that possible for me and i am so appreciative and grateful for all their help every time im in there. They go above and beyond. They always great me and everyone with a smile. Very impressed!!! Best ups!!

I’ve been using this location for mailbox, postage, and return services for years now. I call frequently to check my mailbox and the owner/staff is happy to do so without hesitation. I highly recommend this store.

Worst service in Boca. I had items shipped and prepaid to be delivered here. They would not release to me until a holding fee was paid. What?? The fee is not disclosed prior to shipping and the amount... whatever they feel like charging at the time. It's a circus ? ?

I frequently drop off Amazon returns here. I've usually had good experiences: short waits and efficient staff. On my most recent visit I got an attitude from an employee named Eric.(It's also an interesting reflection on him and the other employees that the reason for his attitude was that he didn't want to accept a piece of paper packaging that I asked to throw out, because both the behind-the-counter trash can and the customer trash can were literally overflowing, and none of the employees could be bothered to empty them. The store was empty, so it wasn't a question of not having the time.)
