We buy in high bid all the time. We bought a globe and the charged over $150 to ship it. When I got it the box was 4 times the size of the item. I just shipped one same size from south texas to new jerseys for $20. I use this same method all over the US and this is the first store I fell ripped me off

This UPS store by far is leaves and bounds above any other UPS store in the area. I don’t wanna give away this secret but I have had nothing but positive and I’ve been extremely positive people and help from anyone that’s there at any time of the day and I like to point out some people that I’ve been dealing with for quite some time. I never knew their name and I asked it for them. I’m gonna spell the first one. It’s Abuzafar Syeed Who is the manager of this store and also a notary public. I’d also like to give a shout out to Evelyn and NIDHI and last but not least SAYEED these people are special. I go in there with stuff to return from those stupid stores from China, which I’m gonna stop doing cause it’s addictive, but they take my phone and help me decipher. Which one is which and believe me that’s no small task and anytime I need anything to send out this is my go to place. They’re very knowledgeable and all I can say is extremely much more helpful than any other UPS store in the area so if you need to go to a UPS store, please patronize this store. They deserve it. They’re running a fabulous business there and again the health is just by far. Unbelievable it exceeds my expectations every time I go there everyone does so thank you very much to everyone at the UPS store. At this location, thank you to everyone there could not do it without you the copying I mean just everything you guys are just so helpful and so kind and very positive even when there’s a bad situation so you guys are the best thank you so much

They lie about what can be returned. Customer service wasn’t helpful.

Bought stamps here. Nowhere on receipt does it say they can’t be returned. I was way overcharged. Manager wouldn’t return them. Going to have start going somewhere else

Their receipt clearly says items must say NR to be Not Returnable. I went to return an item that does not say this and they wouldn’t accept it. The staff member couldn’t explain why. Going to have to start going elsewhere and tell all my employees to do the same

Clerk was unhelpful when I went in for an Amazon return. Even though my paperwork was in order for the return and readable they said the scan code was too dark and would have to be reprinted for their driver. Asking them to print the label for me. They told me no they would charge me for that even though it was an issue with the scanner and their issue. One star I will not return again.

I love this place. I am always greeted with friendly smile. Evelyn and Kavita make my experience positive with a genuine smile and a warm welcome to the store every time. They are very efficient at getting me in and out, with all my questions answered. It has been my store for two years and it will continue to be. Thank you for your hard work Evelyn and Kavita!!

I'm in here now, 12:20 on 2/4/25 and there us only 1 person working and she is printing something for someone that is taking time. It's ridiculous and I will go to other locations going forward. Especially when it only takes not even 1 minute for her to scan my return.
