I am a senior citizen and need extra help with many of the tasks I have to do to send and fax papers and packages. I have used the UPS Store on Jog road and Lake Ida many times because the staff has been exceptionally helpful. Thank you, UPS for hiring such capable and friendly employees.

The staff at this newly owned UPS store in Delray Beach is wonderful. Nick is so quick and caring at the same time. He gets right to the point of mailing your package asap. He's always pleasant as well each time I use this service. It wonderful to have such superb service.

Amazing store! They always help me with my shipping and printing needs. The staff is excellent—super friendly and always ready to answer any questions. It’s the only place I go for shipping and printing because of their professionalism and quality. Highly recommended!

I recently visited the UPS store to ship some packages, and I was thoroughly impressed! Erin and her staff were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process and ensuring my packages were securely packed. I had to ship family heirlooms and I was really considering renting a vehicle but Erin assured me she would get my packages there. She did and checked in with me the entire time. The store was clean and well-organized, making my visit pleasant. I highly recommend this UPS store for all your shipping needs!

I want to take the opportunity to thank Rachel so much for her assistance. Rachel always goes above and beyond to update me on the progress of my order. She is just so patient and provide guidance in helping me decide the best and most convenient way to get my fliers in a timely manner. She handled my purchase so efficiently and I am so grateful.
