Stay away from this branch. Sent package back to us as they entered the wrong address. Yes my fault for not verifying the info they put in as I just saw my info. When I went back they got conformational knowing they were in the wrong, had to pay twice.

Closed 10 minutes early on 1/31/24 and now I can’t return $300 Amazon package because she looked at me and said they were closed at 6:50pm through a locked door. Now I have to call Amazon to ask for an extension on my refund.

Immediately upon presenting my unsealed package I was given quite a bit of attitude. And this was before I said a single word. I had a label printed and needed a few inches of tape which the lady had right in front of her. All she had to say was I had to pay for it. I will not be returning.

Worst UPS ever. This rude fat old Spanish woman refused to print 2 labels so I could mail a return to Amazon. I asked for a manager and she said there is no one. Then tells me there is no WiFi in the store and threw the WIFi address paper at me this was after I waited on line for 20 mi uses because she was the only employee there. I got upset and told her she doesn't know her job. She told me to leave the store. I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from this place. She's low class and arrogant. This is the holiday season and l Isee there are many bad reviews about this store. They must be under new management because I have never encountered a problem like this with UPS before

This location generally has only one person so prepared to wait,wait,wait they need a second person at busy time generally I avoid this location because of the long long long wait it's not the person fault maybe the owners are to cheap to provide better service so far 45 minutes and counting to ship a package a week before Christmas and only on person

Worst ups store in the world. Rude manager who yells if you bring amazon returns. I showed her 6 times the label it says no box no return and she tried making me pay for a box and tape.

Probably the worst experience this morning at this location. One person in front of me getting something notarized with just one person working in the store. No other employees at work at 9:45 am. Twenty minutes later finally my turn to return an Amazon box that took 20 seconds to complete the transaction.Line forming in back of me with people getting impatient and just shaking their head. This is not the employees fault, she was doing her best but just unacceptable to have just one person handling this store with a line out the door.Ended up getting in a verbal argument with my better half because she didn't want to wait any longer and had places to go.I just want to add that I was impressed with the reply from the owner. Maybe someone called out sick or there were other issues why the store only had one employee.Amazon returns usually take less than a minute. I would recommend that when the store only has one employee working on a long transaction like notarizing, they should also take some customers in line when they see it's Amazon returns.

Edit: to the response of the “owner” it follows how the employees are. It states in my review the claim has already been filed. But now I am being walked through how to file a claim? Clearly they aren’t trying to help the situation or address the issue with the employees- which based on other reviews, seems to be a recurring thing…. Followed by someone named Maria in the store who is asking for good reviews to be posted to offset. This person just wants to respond. Response might even be coming from the person who told me on the phone they don’t have to listen to anything that I have to say- as they wouldn’t let me get a word in… RUN, don’t walk from this location!!!If I could give no stars, I would. First off, if you are going to have someone working by themselves, make sure they are trained properly. This lady didn't want to do anything to help- nothing... actually said it wasn't her problem. I went to the store to pick up a package... and it snowballed from there. Lady behind the counter didn't want to help me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all from anyone at this location! When I was in the store, the new person was yelling at me. When I received a call back later in the afternoon, the lady (Carolina???) was yelling from the time I said hello! Someone needs to do better hiring at this location- and also have these employees take a course on how to provide proper customer service and not escalate an issue with a customer. Completely disrespectful. Also, I believe by the way I was treated that maybe someone at this location had emptied my box and stole the contents inside- as the package was from a high-end designer store. I have a claim in with UPS as my package was listed as "damaged" and "empty with no contents inside" before the location threw out the "empty box"!

Maria is a really nice lady who was helped me with a couple of returns and has helped me sending packages outside the country. She helped me with a return of tennis products and she was really efficient with it. Also I needed to send a package to Monterrey, Mexico and it was done very efficiently. I would like to recommend her store to everyone. Completely recommended for their great service and costumer support. Thanks!

The UPS Store in the corner of Jog and Lake Ida is great. I cannot recommend this UPS store enough! The customer service here is simply outstanding. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient, making every visit a pleasure. The customer service at this UPS Store 4549 is absolutely amazing. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I have been using this location for years, and I would never consider going anywhere else for my shipping and printing needs.

I had such a great experience! Maria was so sweet and friendly. She helped me returned all my packages without any hesitation or problems. She is super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place, and will definitely go back here!!!
