Would highly Recommend.
Though the Wait was over 20min , Only 2 workers. ( Probably due to low funding budget) When I had my turn it went very well! Courtesy, knowledge and important things handled efficiently.
Friendly neighborhood feel. Great conversation with a Veteran employee who was a fantastic plilinthropic person that took his experience to help others. A true mentor who one feels safe around. As a therapist I've worked with Veterans. Dad Was WW2. Nice moment to share with a excellent employee.
USPS is an important, needed service. Plus it helps quality Jobs in our community. PLEASE SUPPORT YOU LOCAL USPS IN PERSON OR ONLINE, IT'S WIN WIN. THANK YOU!✌️🩵🙂

I know this USPS location gets a lot of negative reviews, but I have to be honest—my experience here over the past 2.5 years has been consistently great. The staff has always been helpful, efficient, and courteous every time I’ve come in, whether it's for sending my work packages, buying stamps, or asking questions.
It might not be perfect every single day (no place is), but I’ve personally never had a bad interaction. I think they deserve more credit than they get, especially considering how busy they are. Just wanted to share a positive experience to balance things out a bit.

I needed two strips of tape and had to leave and buy some because they would’ve charged me $4 for tape! Unbelievable! I will donate tape and leave it on the table for anyone to use. Seriously!

This Post Office really sucks. There’s nobody to answer the phone. I have a note for two weeks on the back of the box that the box that they leave packages in cannot be open because the key is broken. Apparently they don’t hire anybody that speaks English because I can’t get them to respond. I have been waiting for that package to be delivered to my door for two weeks and the person who delivers the mail is not reading that big note that I left on the back of the box. That really sucks. This is disgusting. I spent an hour calling them and nobody answers the phone. That is terrible Customer Service And I am really disgusted.

My favorite location! They are so kind friendly and welcoming. When they first opened they greeted everyone with a bowl of jolly rancher candies, small kind touches make a difference. Short line, not stressful at Christmas time. Also love how they honor veterans and first responders.

If you ever want your package to actually get somewhere, I suggest using another carrier it’s worth the cost Delivery yourself as opposed to using the USPS they lose packages and then do nothing about it calls and calls and calls and still nothing

Had a package delivered, when I got home package wasn’t there, don’t know what happened because every time I called and opened a case it was closed twice without any notice or contact on my part as to why. I was supposed to get a call from Equesei hawkes and never did. Very disappointed.

I came into the post office to ask about a service. I told the employee with the (polish accent maybe) that I had spoken to someone on the phone before I came in and I was assured that this service was provided by this post office. The employee basically called me a liar, and told me that nobody even answers the phone there. She was rude and extremely offensive. Guess I will be going to another post office from now on!!!!

This has to be THE WORST post office I’ve ever dealt with in my life. They’ve lost countless packages. My package had said exception since July 1st I’ve submitted online attempts to reach them so they can contact me to arrange pick up and I never heard from anyone at the location and then they returned my package to sender!! This post office needs to be seriously inspected by the inspector general something is not right!!!
