Dropped off some boxes , and the young lady has always been pleasant and helpful. Actually, it's a lot easier than going to the Post Office, usually there is only one person in line if that.

I’ve been coming here since it opened a little bit over 12 years ago. I’ve had absolutely zero issues. From time to time I sell high-end camera equipment on EBay. My clients are always happy with how well packaged their purchased equipment is when it arrives.

Carlos was a life saver! I did not have enough postage on wedding invitations after being told by other USPS that I was good. He put the additional stamps in for me and also hand cancelled all the invitations so they would not have to be put through a machine. Thank you Carlos!

Wow! Dirty location, disgruntled employees. I don’t recommend at all! And you have to pay to park!

Only thing I didn’t like was the clerk was more worried about her personal phone call than her job

The USPS: Where Packages Go to Disappear and Guilt Trip You in the Process!
Ah, the United States Postal Service in my neighborhood (Delray Beach and NE 2nd Ave.) —truly a magical place where packages vanish into thin air and customer service feels like a secret club you’re not quite cool enough to join. If you ever wanted to experience the thrill of watching your hard-earned money transform into a black hole of inefficiency, look no further!
Every time I step into my local post office, it’s like entering a sitcom where the punchlines are delivered by grumpy postal workers who seem to have mastered the art of making you feel guilty for even existing. “Oh, you want to mail that?” they seem to say with a raised eyebrow, as if I’ve just asked them to perform a magic trick involving a rabid raccoon. I half-expect them to ask me if I’ve tried “just not mailing it.”
Now let’s talk about the packages. I’ve sent countless letters and parcels, each accompanied by a prayer and a small offering to the postal gods. Spoiler alert: not a single one has made it to its destination! It’s like they’ve all decided to take a vacation in some mysterious Bermuda Triangle of lost mail. And don’t even get me started on that important document I tracked like a hawk—only to find it had taken a permanent detour to nowhere. I can only imagine it lounging on a beach somewhere, sipping a piña colada while I frantically search for it.
In conclusion, if you’re in the mood for a comedy show featuring misplaced packages and a side of guilt, the USPS in my neighborhood is the place to be! Just remember to leave your expectations at the door and bring a sense of humor—because it’s going to be a wild ride!
