The manager (the person in charge) did my nails. He broke off two of them when removing my dip powder and then when I asked for a certain length he filed too short and said that the shape I wanted was bad and when he changed the shape without telling me, I told him that wasn’t what I wanted. He proceeded to give me the clippers and told me to cut my nails myself. I have never been somewhere so unprofessional. He was very rude and told me to go get my nails done across the street. DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible experience

Got a full set of acrylic with gel polish with Henry he was great! Shaped them perfectly and put up with my pickiness. I even broke a nail and came in a few days later and he fixed it at no cost! Beyond happy with this salon. 😁

I wanted french toes and they told me no my nails to small but i usually get them done at other places and they do them . I just moved around the area and they charged me $40 for acrylic toes and they dont explain right i cant even understand

I went yesterday for a regular manicure and the manicurist chopped off my nails. Before the manicure they were beautiful, long pointy nails and now they are short , squared and unattractive. She never asked what shape I wanted until it was over . Normally, after the first nail is cut, a manicurist shows you and asks if the length is okay. It was all too fast , very disappointing !

Don’t go here. I got my nails done for my wedding and they lasted one week. When I went back today, they were too busy to help me take them off. My healthy nails are now ruined. After discussing with them, they finally agreed to give me part of my money back. They gave me a bowl of acetone to soak my nails in. Just not cool. One completely popped off, and two lifted pretty bad. I’m not even going to get into my toe polish. This is after one week. I have never had this before.

Very clean, nice atmosphere, quality manicure and pedicure but no prices listed (paid was $125 for both)manicure was gel and pedicure was acrylic. owner very friendly.

I had powdered dip nails done here. Like 2 weeks later one nail cracked in the middle. Then two more were hurting me. I never had such a bad experience with powder dip nails before. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone!

I went there to get my gel manicure and the guy was very rude and unprofessional. there is no customer service in this place. I have never experience such an attitude, i was treated poorly for a service I was paying for. I was polite and even left them a tip but I will NOT be coming back. I do not recommend this salon or the GUY's attitude that does the gel manicure.
