Ive been to this store numerous times, always have had a great experience! Came in and spoke to Julio, he made sure the whole trade in process went smoothly. He broke down the pricing for me , and helped me choose the best possible deal! Very grateful.

**UPDATE: Wellll, because this store is an authorized dealer, a real Verizon store told me to get the promotion, I had to go back to the original store. THIS TIME, I was greeted when I walked in, even though everyone was busy, so my original review must have had an effect. My problem was finally taken care of and solved. However, I still think they need more than one person at a time at this store because of how busy it is.** I just left this store. When I walked in, there were six people in the store. This is the second time in a week that I’ve been here with more than five people waiting. They definitely need to have more than one employee on the clock. No welcome, no “I’ll be with you in a minute”. I waited for ten minutes then asked how long of a wait. He rudely answered an hour or more. At least when I was there earlier this week, Rene’ welcomed me and told me he was super busy but would get to me as soon as possible. Today’s customer service was very lacking. I won’t be back.

If I could have picked -100 I would. We spent 5 that’s FIVE hours there switching from ATT only because they have poor service in our area. When we left, none of what we purchased worked correctly. We purchased 2 phones, one IPad and one watch. When we got them home some phones ring but don’t speak, etc. AND in the middle of handling our situation the store manager leaves for the day with a store packed with people and 2 incompetents staring at them. This was truly one of the worst shopping experiences. Instead of coming home to play with our new things, all we want to do is return them. One poor woman waited TWO hours to be told they couldn’t help her. Never go there!! And don’t say I don’t warn you.
