Sam, Bill, And Oralia We’re all very attentive, prepared patient and ready to serve all of the needs of the customers that came into the store while I was there.
I have to applaud the absolute patience that these three employees showed to not only myself, but the married of customers that wandered in without appointments or in need of help. Sam was particularly kind to an elderly gentleman who did not seem to understand that his battery had basically melted, and was oozing acid out of the phone, and Sam attempted several times to make sure that the gentleman knew that the phone was not safe, and that he did not feel comfortable, handling it himself, having the gentleman handle it, or trying to work on it as he did not want to ruin what was left on the phone because he could see how important it was to the man. After about two hours, Sam was able to get the phone properly working so that the gentleman was able to access everything that he wanted to get to so desperately within that phone. Bill spent over three hours with a lovely woman who was trying to add seven lines onto a business phone. Even using 611 and Customer Service he spent almost 3 hours answering the same questions again and again, even though they were the same answers that the information Customer Service Line was providing. And apparently this is a frequent flying Customer. She struggles I don’t know daily weekly or for a long period of time and she seeks out bill each time she comes to the store, which showed me that he obviously must be patient and kind to keep working with her and try to keep her as happy as possible.
I myself, must have forgotten every single password that I needed. Oralia Was kind enough to help me retrieve what I could so that I felt very comfortable and ready to delete my old phone before taking off with the new one.
I applaud this staff of three and no one really wants to sit in a telephone store for hours trying to either transfer into a new phone or fix an older phone, but if you find yourself in need of a phone or service, I would highly recommend this Verizon. Between these three Customer Service employees you cannot go wrong and you will walk out of there with something corrected or something abuse with you that you came in without. I do feel however, that I owe an apology to the staff of the store. I use a walker due to a serious medical condition and I took up to parking spots during a very busy time at the store. I could have been more thoughtful to the other customers.

Horrible customer service. Tried updating my iPhone. Employees working today were so rude, condescending and unhelpful. Also extremely unprofessional. Would never recommend this store to anyone.

Chris in the Delray Store was so helpful in helping with my iPad problem but also explaining all the specials for upgrade and Apple Watches. Will go back soon to upgrade

i experienced a poorly run store. there is no place to check in so i took a seat and waited 15 minutes, one person left and the next customer went up.. so i was next. another lady came in and sat down. when the next spot was open. i said i was here first, the tech didnt answer, butthe lady said she was in earlier, left andcame back, and she would be quick. i waited 10 more minutes and left..just because im polite, i shouldnt be sitting around forever, and i shouldn't ahve to argue with another customer about who was there first. i would expect a business would ahve some kind of sign in mechanism. i jsut wantedto buy a new phone, but iguess it will be elsewhere
