This store is absolutely horrible. Whatever you do, do not work with Anthony or even attempt to get him to resolve an issue, it’s beyond his capabilities. The customer service is zero and I cannot wait to leave Verizon as a whole and take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! This store is NOT a corporate location, they will charge you ridiculous set up fees that can be avoided by going to a corporate location. We decided to switch to verizon from at&t to save our family (with a NEW BORN) some funds. Needless to say we left that location paying 600 up front, 400+ first bill, phone weren't set up properly (couldn't make calls after left the premises), it is a MONTH later and we are STILL having issue with our order from 1.1.24. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Bryson was an absolute amazing salesman, helped me with every question, made my life very easy, was even so kind to tell my girlfriend I’m not lying I’m actually at Verizon restoring my phone haha , 10/10 hes the man!!

Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience at Verizon. Unfortunately, I had an encounter with a sales associate, Anthony who displayed racist and rude behavior. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the values of respect and inclusivity. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate action to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.

My husband and I bought two iPhone 15 pro max phones yesterday. Bryson Destefano was our sales person. Bryson was professional, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He spent time with us making sure we understood everything about our purchases. Thank you Bryson.

Horrible service at this location. When I walked in, a customer told an employee that he’d been waiting 30 minutes - to which a worker responded “I was supposed to be off already.” When I was seated with Ricardo, I asked if he could install my new screen protector, considering I’m a Verizon customer of over 10 years. He refused unless I purchased one off the shelves at his store. He then said “would you be interested in upgrading your phone though?” I laughed. I went across the street to T-Mobile and they were happy to do it within minutes. On my way out the door, they told me to consider switching carriers - ironic, considering where I’d just came from. Oh, and the awful stench inside the store was the icing on the cake. Avoid this location and their rep Ricardo.
