A want to thank a very kind cashier named Peterson who really went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot a lost fedex package . I wasn’t able to retrieve it that day , due to fedex . However , I did the next day . His customer service skills were outstanding. I really appreciated his effort and I wanted to give him a shout out so he gets recognized for his excellent people skills .

The ladies in the pharmacy work very hard as it is a very busy store, so please be patient with them! Also the cashiers that work here always provide great customer service! I just adore Steven!

Boycott Walgreens. Any pharmacy that acts like god. Assume. Think they are doctors. Assuming is the worst thing people do. Boycott Walgreens. Doctors make decisions not a pharmacist.

We attempted to contact the LabCorp inside this Walgreens on behalf of a specialist office to obtain a fax number for sending lab orders for a patient. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The pharmacist informed us that they had no way of contacting LabCorp and offered no assistance—no attempt was made to ask colleagues, look up information, or suggest alternatives.
While we understand that LabCorp operates independently within Walgreens, a basic effort to be helpful would have gone a long way. The lack of support made it unnecessarily difficult to coordinate patient care, which is frustrating for both providers and patients.
Given this experience, we will be directing our patients to other lab locations going forward.

This is the worst pharmacy ever! The pharmacy will hang up on your doctor. She decides which prescriptions she will fill and which ones she will just cancel. When you speak to the store manager about the problem, she will straight tell you they unfortunately she can't make her do her job.
After reading this article I will never get my prescriptions fill there again for the safety of myself and my family. Please be aware the pharmacist is playing with people lives and health

I called my Dr.s office at 11:00am for my anxiety prescription. I called the Dr.s office at 6:00pm and answering service said she would call Dr. Sabates. At 6:30, again called answering service and said to get the Dr. on the phone. His office EN said she would call the prescription in to Walgreens, never happened. Finally Dr S. called the prescription in at 7:00, I called Walgreens and explained but they said in the morning. At 7:30pm Walgreens called and said my prescription was Ready. Thank you Thank you Thank you ? Walgreens Pharmacy. Sadler

This post is for the pharmacy and pharmacy only. Terrible. I have a 4 month old and 3 year old who were just diagnosed with pneumonia and RSV. Their doctor called in their scripts at 12:22. Went to the pharmacy at 1 they said they needed to discuss the dosage with the doctor (prescriptions were in stock but waited until we arrived to tell us as opposed to calling the doctor’s office on their own). I spoke with my doctor and asked her to call the pharmacy which she did at 1:20 (they then put her on hold and close for lunch at 1:30). They spoke to her at 1:27 and told us they will fill the prescriptions after their lunch break even after we asked for it to just be filled now as we have a very sick infant and 3 year old. (They said it was the law they close at 1:30-2:00 but if that’s the “law” they broke it by closing at 1:28 and opening at 2:05)Wouldn’t be a big deal if it were a minor medicine but we are talking about nebulizers and saline to clear the airways of an INFANT TO BE ABLE TO BREATHE AND NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE ER!!!! They were rude and did not fill the prescription until 20 minutes after being back from lunch. We waited the entire time.

Checked online for a product and the app states it is in stock. When I get to the store I decide to look for it and it is nowhere to be found. When I asked the blonde employee for help she tries walking away and pretending like she doesn't see me. When I finally get her attention she just keeps cutting me off and stating that it's out of stock. I told her the app and website says it's in stock and if she can check take a look for me, and she just doesn't want to budge and keeps reiterating that if I can't find it, they don't have it. She at least could have acted like she was attempting to help but it seems like she was just trying to get away.

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! It never fails- every single time I go to pick up my prescriptions they tell they’re ready and then they’re not! Today, I called to verify this morning- the pharmacy told me that they would be ready by 2pm today. I go, and guess what? They’re not! They said they will be ready tomorrow. Um what?! Nothing but problems and frustrations! I will be trying cvs across the street.

I was catching a cold so I ventured into Walgreens to buy cold and flu medicine. I saw many brands . After consulting the pharmacist on duty she recommended which ones would be most effective to cure my symptoms. Not having both these medications in a long time I was surprised at the prices. The prices did seem high. I found the two people working friendly I found this store clean. I would again shop at Walgreens.

If I can give him zero stars I would these employees need retraining they are rude. They don’t help you. You have to download a stupid app just to get a discount on something the manager, Peterson needs to be fired. He doesn’t know how to treat customers they treat you rudely then if you swear back at them, they say that’s, you can’t swear I but it’s OK if they talk to you rudely he wouldn’t ring up items or service Me how disgusting just so you know there’s no law against swearing, especially when they get you riled up and they talk to you rudely! I’m reporting to area manager! Stay away from this store!
