Pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Store was fully stocked with merchandise. That was amazing this close to Christmas. Nicenstaff, clean Store, lots of items to choose from.

This Pharmacy at 430 North E. 6th Ave. in Delray Beach is The best customer service I’ve ever had at Walgreens. This pharmacist and the pharmacy staff I have always been on point consistent, smiling, and never had to wait for my prescriptions. I’ve been at Walgreens all around the United States and this one is absolutely the best. Warren, the pharmacist is a 10 out of 10

Made an appointment ahead of time to have a COVID test, and when I came in they tell me that their COVID tests are expired and to go somewhere else. Left feeling worse than when I came in, and with no answers.

I went to this Walgreens to pick up a Drink before my work shift, and I was bombarded with the question to sign up for a Walgreens Credit card, like all credit cards, It did asked me for my Social Security number. I advised the clerk and the clerks manager that I did not want any checks done to my credit and they assure me that it’s a soft check and it doesn’t last but even after I declined twice, They still were seemingly holding me hostage to get me to sign up for this card and ended up making me late to Work and leaving me with a hard inquiry. HUGE LIARS AT THIS STORES LOCATION BEWARE!!

It’s only because of DENISE that I have 4 ⭐️ instead of the one I’d intended! I rarely come into this location because it’s a terrible parking lot and the store itself is a very old one… which would be fine if things were spaced out but instead… your first step inside is blocked with stacks of stuff for sale!! I get it… It is a store after all… But the stacks are literally blocking your path into the store!
All that aside I went in to order photos… At first it went smoothly, you connect your phone, upload the photos you want, etc. but every time I added something to the cart… The connection was lost! So I had to start over again! This happened four times! Was really getting impatient and the woman who was working the photo booth… I understand she was busy working with another customer on her passport photo… However, we were right beside one another and she could hear this debacle! She heard me talking to my son. We mentioned we were ordering several times… It wasn’t until the fourth time my connection was lost that I heard that employee say to the passport lady… “We don’t even do posters at this location!”
Seriously, seriously?! She heard me and my son and then doesn’t even say this to me directly! She mentions it as an aside to the other customer? Good grief!
Well, we were going to walk out, but my daughter had been shopping while she was waiting for us so we had to check out! That is where we ran into DENISE!!
DENISE was incredibly friendly, patient and very willing and able to help us check out! When we realize that the register we had picked up the wrong item… I said I’ll just check out and make a separate purchase when my daughter gets back up here… but DENISE said… “ there’s no reason for that, I’m not going anywhere and I’m happy to wait until you are ready!”
Thank you DENISE!! YOUR KINDNESS, AND
YOUR FRIENDLINESS REALLY MEANT A LOT TO ME AND THE CHILDREN!! I PRAY WALGREENS REALIZES AND VALUES WHAT AN ABSOLUTE ASSET YOU ARE DENISE???

I'm sad. This is the stupidest thing to go Complain about. When I returned goods, and made an exchange I asked the cashier Denise why it went to a store card. She said that's just where it went. She seemed to be having a tough day. I have patience for that. However When I asked if I could see the manager she said "it's 4 dollars. That's what you are quibbling about". When the price of eggs is $7 yes. I will ask queStions about 4 dollars. The manager was sweet, but please I beg you. You are in service. I am in service. Do not embarrass a customer for asking questions. That is not service. I hope your team is educated on kindness. Even if the amount a person is quibbling about is 4 dollars. Have a great rest of your day.

We bought a 50 SPF mineral sunscreen from this location. We spent about two hours in the sun and noticed we were already sunburned. Then we checked the sunscreen and saw it was expired. Be very cautious about what you buy because it could cost you your health.

My husband got stung by a Man of War and I was frantic. We ran in the pharmacy to get Benadryl as well as a steroid dose pack. I explained to the pharmacy tech what had happened and the pharmacist over heard (I did not get her name but it was Thursday afternoon, young girl- long hair) was so sweet and compassionate. Came to the counter and explained that she would work on getting it through the system right away. I thanked her as she really went beyond to not only fill the prescription but the show sensitivity and understanding. Thank you!

My 3 year old grandson was was stung by a jellyfish. I went to the Walgreens on sixth Avenue in Delray Beach to the pharmacy department to ask them. What can I spray on the sting. The pharmacist said on the shelf there’s lidocaine that might work. And he pointed to it. Neither he or his assistant were very helpful. I could not find the product on the shelf. So I went back and asked for assistance again. Again, he told me it’s on the shelf. I went back and looked again. I could not find it. I went back to the counter and asked if they Could you please give me some assistance. The pharmacist and his assistant refused to come out and help me look for the the product. I asked for the store manager. At that point I was very frustrated and nervous because my grandson was in the car screaming. If the pharmacist didn’t know what to advise me, he should’ve said go to urgent care. Instead, he offered no help. When I spoke to the store manager of course at that point I was not very nice and I was loud. I asked for the pharmacist name and the store number so I can make a report. The store mangertold me the store numbers were on the building and would not give me the pharmacist name and told me to get out of the store, because again I was yelling, because again I was frustrated. This pharmacist and the store manager should not be employed by Walgreens and I will not stop. I will let everybody know the service I got by Walgreens in Delray Beach. I’m in business myself I do not treat my customers that way. And I’m not in the medical business. Very very unprofessional.

I was sick an trying to find the right medicine you know reading the back of the box for the instruction.Then I notice the old Spanish guy watching me and then following me. Then he precedes to stand next to me to take pictures of random stuff. I felt completely uncomfortable and disrespected. Won't be back. Train your employees to have some respect for your customers.
