I just want to tell you that Walgreens should be ashamed of themselves. I asked the teller at the window while picking up a brand new prescription to speak to the pharmacist and ask a few questions. And she refused to talk to me. This is a disgusting store. I'm gonna pull my prescriptions out of here as fast as I put him in there. And I'm gonna tell everybody I know every senior citizen. I know don't go there because they won't give you any kind of assistance. You're better off at the store across the street cvs

I stopped going to this pharmacy when CVS opened across the street. I've been very pleased with CVS. I thought I would give this Walgreens another chance and they did not disappoint! Service as poor as always. Staff in the pharmacy clearly needing more training. Now I remember why I chose CVS.

Worst Walgreens ever! I went in for a Covid test & I was waiting in line for an hour until someone told me to go into the drive-thru. The man at the window told me I should be receiving the email within 2 hours… it’s day 3 and I never received it. The pharmacy staff working there needs to do better!

Terrible experience in this location. THEY DONT CARE. I always used Walgreens but this particular pharmacy is to stay away from. They lack the basic human decency to dealing with people and their needs with medications.

Zero stars for this location, but they don't give me the option of less than one star, unfortunately.Wow, not sure what to say about this location, but it's bad here. I think they are breaking every one of those Hipaa laws that are in place for our privacy protection. The bald guy (phoenix) behind the counter at the Rx window is rude, unprofessional and a complete, senseless moron. He hollers out the names of your prescriptions, which to the best of my knowledge is completely forbidden, and against the law. He calls out at the top of his voice your private information, probably to embarrass you. Can't think of another reason. Is it any wonder that Walgreens is closing over 200 locations? With incompetent employees like this, they won't last much longer. Just watch and see.

Very unprofessional pharmacist, don't care an ounce about anyone and laugh that you've been waiting for an hour to get an Rx filled even after being promised it would be ready. The bald pharmacist working there today is a total joke and needs to be avoided like the plague. Use any other pharmacy but here. I took my prescription back from them & got it filled in 15 min elsewhere.

Went online to make an appointment for a booster shot. Took time out of my day and came here just to find out they don't have any available! WTF! Don't waste your time or energy on this particular Walgreens. Even the manager said for me to go somewhere else! So annoying!

Not sure if she was a manager as she corrected the cashier that was helping me but she was rude. Not kind and unfortunately for her wrong tberefor I left everything on the counter and walked out. She wouldn't allow the cashier to correct the prices of valentines day items to be clearances even though they are store wide on sale for at least 80% off. She was wrong and not polite. We went to a different walgreens and had great help and the prices came out correct at the other store. I will NOT go to this walgreens ever again due to the service and incorrectly marked items.

Pharmacy never fails to provide terrible customer service. I needed my ADHD medication and for those of you who don’t know (it’s taken daily). I couldn’t get to the store until right before closing because my doctor sent it in really late or else I wouldn’t pull up to the pharmacy at 8:58 when they close at 9. There was two people working and only one customer in the store so I was ignored for almost 5 minutes. I originally was told I had to pay full price for my prescription (insurance didn’t cover it) which is fine, but I had an RX coupon. They processed the coupon but it was never reflected on my Walgreens account. I didn’t want to take any more if their time so I told them I would just pay the full amount and have Walgreens process the $80 difference. I didn’t have my physical debit card on me and I always use express pay for this reason. I asked them to give me one minute to enter in my information. I PAID $350 for my prescription and handed her my phone to scan my express payment pass. She was trying to go back and fourth with me about it when I kept repeating that I don’t care about the difference right now I need my script and I’ll worry about the refund later. I HAD PROOF OF PAYMENT on my bank statement and the express pass, which doesn’t process without the payment going though. She wouldn’t give me my prescription which is absolutely mind blowing to me. I ended up leaving without my script and I am furious. I contacted the store and the employee that I talked to is the shift lead so she told me a manager will contact me first thing in the morning. Best believe I will be sitting outside at 8:50 AM to get my script when they open at 9AM because I needed it tonight. I cannot be taking my medication later than 8AM or I can’t sleep. The staff always treats me like they have something better to do or don’t want to be there. They have no consideration for their customers. I will be forwarding this message to corporate and I’ll never go there again. Oh and if you go to this location make sure that you get there at least 30 minutes before close because anything after that they wont accomodate you. I’ve had this happen multiple times when I will arrive. no later than 15 till closing.
