Derrick in the Pharmacy is a fantastic employee. He helped get my Mom's prescription delivered and helped me fill my prescription today. He was friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend this location .

The pharmacists and the pharmacy staff are the best around. The store manager and his team keep the store stocked and very organized. Best customer service walgreens I have been to.

If there was a zero I would of gave this store a zero it’s such a shame to have a Walgreens that’s so close to my house but I’m going to have to go to totally different Walgreens because the manager Nane (Caresse) and all the staff are extremely rude and unprofessional I purchased a gifts card from this store have the receipt my sister told me the card is not valid I went inside to speak to the manager and she said that’s not their problem and there is no way she can help , I’m not sure what the qualifications for them to be a manager in this store but I’m assuming they are just hiring anyone in this location she was extremely bothered and made me feel very uncomfortable I will call the Corporation as well to file a complain

Realizing all the bad press , I have yet to have a bad experience with any medications..prescriptions called in on a Friday afternoon picked up SAT morn....dealing with new/refills for the past year and never a problem

This is the worst pharmacy I have had the displeasure of dealing with via phone. Several times I am put on hold only to be disconnected. I have to call back and go through the same process 3 or 4 times before I actually get someone to speak to. Horrible.

Be aware , this Walgreens location on jog and linton in Delray beach, is selling fake Apple card . I was scams for 200$ worth of Apple card, i went there on Mach 7 i brought 200$ worth of Apple card to send to my friend. when i got to my car i scratched all 3 cards 1 for 100 and 2 for 50$ was glued i couldn’t scratch them. I went right back to the store the store Manager I believe told me oh we have been dealing with a lot of scammers , with Apple card the scammers came to the stores and uploaded those Apple Cards and then glued them back . Oh we can’t give you a refund called your banck . So i filled a claim with the bank the claims toke about a Month to reviewed . On April 9th i received a later from My bank saying the claim was denied because Walgreens had told the bank they will not give me back no refund. I went to the store called police it was all a waste. Do not buy Apple card there. They lied they told the police i was the one printed those fake card myself.

If i could give them 0 stars i would!!! They don’t have my meds on time, i went THREE days in a row and they keep screwing up the name and giving lame excuses for not having this on time! Thinking about suing them!!!! Totally unacceptable!!!! Ridiculous. Who works in this pharmacy???

Wide entrances and exits. Plenty of parking. Inside is neat, clean and well organized. Employees are friendly enough. Reasonable prices on inventory.
