I moved in a little over three weeks ago, and I can confidently say the community and staff have exceeded my expectations. The property is clean and well-kept—you see residents out walking, using the amenities like the dog park, and there’s virtually no litter around. The gates actually work (a rarity compared to my previous gated communities), which immediately made a great impression.
The staff has been equally outstanding. From my first conversation with Cristina and Michael in leasing to every interaction since, they’ve been consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. Maintenance has also been exceptional—Pablo and his team are always visible around the community, and they respond quickly.
A perfect example of their hospitality: when I first toured the apartment, there was only a vent over the stove and no microwave. I mentioned it in passing, and Cristina had a microwave installed before my move-in just a week later. Today, I submitted two work orders in the morning, and Pablo and Oswaldo (if I’m remembering correctly) were at my door by noon. That level of responsiveness is rare.
Overall, I highly recommend this community. My experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive, and there’s been very little—if anything—that would make me think otherwise.

I have resided her for over a decade. The property and apartments are well maintained. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue they arrive quickly and are super quick and efficient. Great quiet neighborhood
