This is the worst bank. I've telephoned this location several times for 2 days ,no one answers the phone. Terrible and unprofessional.

Worst branch ever . It’s like they make up there own policies to suit there needs . Anytime I go In there, there’s always a hassle. I have several accounts with Wells Fargo. I tried to cash a check and they simply told me that I couldn’t cash it without any explanations. The personnel seem like they’re troubled by helping any customers

Everyone is very attentive. My first time here was special. I felt super comfortable and Manuel attended to me and he was super super attentive, making sure I understood everything I needed. Thank you guys.

Angela, you were painfully rude to both my daughter and I. I do not understand how any company could possibly allow staff to treat customers this way. My teenage daughter and I both came in today. My daughter is new to banking and Angela could not wait for her to get her pin. We waited in a very slow line but when we arrived at the counter, then we were rushed! Angela was zero help! Rude, rude, rude! The manager at this location should do a better job managing his staff and should have the decency to reach out to me. Our normal location is in Boca Raton and that location's employee's are wonderful. This location needs new staff all around, read the painful reviews!!

Finally someone nicely enough to help me and more, Ms.Luisa is the best super patient easy to talk to she make you feel welcome understanding most of all she listens..Other brunch I go to ignorant make you feel stupid,is like they doing you a favor..so glad I went to this brunch I Highly recommend..

I had a very bad experience with a very rude teller but the manager of Pamela Medrano called me and was extremely genuine and I believe that the customer service in this branch will turn around with her as the manager. Thanks for caring Pamela.

Went in to open a new credit card with Wells. Marie in customer service was extremely helpful, very informative. Need to make an appointment ahead of time. Marie is a well informed individual and a pleasure to work with. Patient and full informed of Wells products.

Biggest mistake I've ever made opening up accounts at Wells fargo. The customer service at this branch is slow and rude! I will be canceling all of my accounts and my three Platinum corporate credit cards with this bank!

ANGIE the teller was absolutely rude and unprofessional. My mother just had surgery and I was getting some cash for her. DO YOUR BANKING SOMEWHERE ELSE.... BANK OF AMERICA would be my recommendation .
