Windmill does it again! This is my second review on them in the past year. The staff at Windmill is incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. I had a problem with my Orbit B-Hyve irrigation pump controller where I continued to run into intermittent Pump Fault errors that I assumed was caused by a faulty controller or wifi connection. As it turns out, the relay that was installed by my the electrician was at fault. The B-Hyve controller calls for a very specific relay. I purchased the correct relay which they had in stock and was able to swap it out myself. Another successful interaction with this great group.

For 25 years, I have been going to Windmill Sprinkler for various commercial needs for my irrigation at Indian Trails Native Nursery. I can tell you that hands down, this is the best, most knowledgeable local irrigation and hardware store to go to. These guys are not a watered down excuse, they are "saturated" with knowledge and "sprinkle" you with kindness! Thank you guys! You are the best!!!!!

They’ve got the greatest selection on earth of plumbing and pipe fitting parts. Many times when my industrial supply house has to order my specialty part, Windmill has it on the shelf for a cheaper price! Need a 6” galvanized 90 or a 1/4” brass nipple? Go to Windmill first!

Great local store cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe’s and full of useful household and yard parts and supplies. I got sprinkler unit replacement, various sprinklers nozzles, a plastic duck for lake intake, windshield washer, power washer nozzle and a bunch of other things. Great place. Support local business.

Today I went to Windmill with my typical problem --> I had a project with no clue how to put it together. Pepper was so helpful in engineering a solution and putting the pieces together for me. I know I can handle this now. Thank you, Pepper and Windmill! Each time I've shopped at Windmill, the customer service has been wonderful and the people are generous with their time. Forget those big-boxes and give Windmill a try.

Imagine a local shop where you actually get YOUR PROJECT specific advice along with the parts and a nice human being to talk to ! That's the help from owner called Pepper there. Great person and solved my issue and actually made a custom part for me in 10 mins. Had multiple trips to home depot prior and they had no idea.

I needed help with parts for my sprinkler system. Trying to do it myself, and was very confused. Pepper was so helpful and patient and friendly and nice. He knew exactly what I needed. I will definitely go back there again if I should need anything where my sprinkler system is concerned and I will tell all my friends how great Pepper is.
