The 7/11 sadly has gone downhill ever since Moe departed ways. I have no complaints towards the employees at all. It seems to honestly be poor management and corporates fault for having absolutely no coffee from regular, to cold brew, iced, hot and this was morning peak coffee time. Hey now I wouldn’t mind having coffee at home but 7-Eleven’s coffee tends to have a good flavor. They used to sell K-Cups but who knows what happened to that. I’ll gladly give it 2 stars because it at least can maintain the soda, donuts, Slurpee, and many other drinks, hot food, and snacks. But Coffee is one of those major things 7-Eleven is known for along with donuts, Slurpees, and big gulps. I hope they can fix these issues because of this 7-Eleven I missed 100% out on the Punk Bunny Coffee anniversary flavor that was advertised. They had the canister but never made any coffee of it.

Went to this location 08-23-24 at 1:45AM was denied buying beer. Their is clearly 15 minutes before 2AM their was no reason for the employee to refuse. That's plenty of time to be able to purchase alcohol. Being the only gas station in the area I did not have another option. Completely ruined my night. Do better 7-11 train your employees properly I will not go to this location again.

I stopped there 3 times since last week and they have gotten down to a crappy service since changing must of their employees. I
was looking for hot food, they did not have the steak taquitos on any of the occasions. I guess it's time top pick a better 7-11 cause the one in Providence Blvd. lost me as a customer.

There icees were good and all but the chicken was god awful it may look appetizing but I do not recommend even thinking about trying there chicken? it gave me food poisoning and made me sick for days try the icees not the chicken?

Just moved to this area and this is the closest store to my house! There’s a short Caucasian guy with a tattoo on his left hand the first time I walked in that store he was rude wouldn’t talk to me or answer my questions just ignored me! Ok no problem I honestly thought something was wrong with him! The next time I saw him I got my drink and waited at the register I watched him scanning candy so I continued to wait I finally said “hi I’m ready” he responded I HAVE MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO YOU KNOW!!! Wow how rude I’m a customer waiting at the register and this is how you treat me! I honestly feel like he doesn’t like BLACK WOMEN because when my BLACK boyfriend has came to that store he’s a chipper chatterbox! EVERYONE else at the store is so nice and respectful because I’ve been coming ALOT sometimes with my kids! This guy seriously needs to change his act or be FIRED!

Went in just for a coffee they had Clyde's Brew, which was my favorite dog's name, so I figured we'll try that it was a medium Brew.... worst coffee I ever had. I don't know if it was old. I don't know what it was. I couldn't finish it. It threw it out at the next stop. I stopped and got a good coffee.

Most of the staff have excellent public service personalities, polite and respectful. Gas prices are average with other places, hot food is decent, the staff is why I continue to go there. They do need new squigeys for windshields though ?

This is our neighborhood 7-Eleven store. We usually come here for gas and Lotto tickets. The cashiers are also friendly and quick. Will continue to come here unless quality changes.

Guy working the register was eating chicken wings, ringing up items with dirty hands, locking his fingers, then tried handing me my receipt. Super nasty & unsanitary. This is how germs and diseases are spread.

Made a special trip to this specific store because it was closest gas station in work route. I REALLY needed to use the bathroom. It was "out of order." I asked if there was another bathroom, perhaps for employees...she said "no" and sent me across the street to the Food Mart.So I did a u-turn and went to the other store. When I pulled up a truck was parked that I had previously seen at 7-11. Yep, how many people are leaving the store to go to the other store just to use the bathroom? I had planned to buy a few things, but nope, they didn't get my business, but Food Mart sure did! I warned they cashier 7-11 is sending people to her store. She said she wondered why the store was so busy today.I'm done with 7-11. This is the third store in two days that failed me some capacity. ?Way to go 7-Eleven! Peace out.
