Loved that manager Sam was smart enough to hire someone dedicated to cleaning this store. Before they hired her, the store was dirty, poorly stocked and the bathrooms were gross!!I met Mendy, who was always welcoming and sweet and she was ALWAYS working hard and she enjoyed her job. Now I see they moved her to cashier and the store's cleanliness has suffered and the parking lot is full of trash. Sometimes you just have to stop making changes that affect how your store looks to customers - your bread and butter.

Every single item was more expensive at the register than prices on shelves. The only items that weren't more expensive only had a price for 2 items. The price difference ranged from $0.40 more expensive to $0.80 more expensive. Make sure you write down or take pictures of every single item with the price and compare it when you get up to the register. I was completely blown away by the dishonesty because how many customers has this store overcharged??? Luckily I caught it today. I just went to this store yesterday and didn't have a clue this was going on ... I'm looking for my receipt as we speak.

Bad service EVERY time! The staff must be instructed by the owners that cell phone use and personal calls are 100% ok to do even when there is a line of people waiting however the text/calls are priority. VERY unprofessional.

I stopped for gas, opened my tank and inserted my card into the machine. The people on the other side of the pump said it says “out of service”. My pump said authorizing. The other people said, they turned the pumps off but they were not out of order. I went inside and the clerk said the manager said even though they had gas they had to turn the pumps off and not sell any gas. I told them we are under a state of emergency and it was just wrong they turned the pumps off in the middle of my transaction.The cashier said manager said to sell no more gas today.I understand after tomorrow’s delivery the price will be higher and they can charge more for the gas in their tank. This is why we have emergency laws to prevent price gouging. My family is in this store daily and this is a horrible way to treat your customers. Keep it up and you will have no customers.

First of all we paid for gas & the pump wasn’t working we paid a lot inside & the d*** lady said “oh you can pay again”. That’s why you work here love. No respect & making the place look like trash.

I have never been to this location and honestly wasn’t going to stop , but last minute I decided to give it a shot! On fridays, I always get our family the 7 eleven pizza that they will cook for you onsite. We like to ask for our pizza well done (cooked usually 2 times ) well long story short, I had no idea what I was talking about when DOM warned me about 2 times being a little too much. I insisted on cooking the pizza 2 times through and of course burnt the hell out of my pizza! Thanks to DOM, he assured me that he would take over next round, and of course the pizza came out beautifully well done!! Thank you DOM for helping me out. Great attitude, welcoming, understanding!

Bad service from the owner. (Seen in the picture) I paid at the pump and pumped my gas. The credit card system advised that I go inside for a receipt. I had 45 min before my work day started. I went inside to ask for a receipt. The cashier insisted that she could not find my transaction. She could see a transaction from a few cars ago and others also complained. The transaction in their system was for $43 and had a time stamp that didn’t match. My transaction was for $38. The outside credit system failed to communicate with the inside credit system. It sounded suspicious, so I asked the owner for written receipt for my records. He didn’t have a since of urgency and even went to his office for 10+ min just to come out to tell me to write my own receipt and he would sign it. I did. He refused to sign it and wrote a receipt for me after an additional 10 min went by because he wanted to fix the machine while I was there. I didn’t have the time to wait any longer. I finally walked away with a written receipt after 20min. Why not hold yourself accountable to begin with? Value the time of others and fix your credit card system. I won’t go here again.

Terrible customer service stop in there a few times this week and last week at around 7:30pm to get mini tacos and told all times they have none so got Jamaican beef patty and taquitios when checking out the gentleman had a attitude like he didn’t want to be there when ask for a bag and as I left he went outside to smoke a cigarette wonder why I was being rushed and gaven a attitude so he could go outside to smoke

The employees acted like they don't wanna be there. Bums hanging out @ the store asking for spare change...looks like the store is run down.
