I would like to thank Cameron, And everyone there today!! I was in a tough position today replacing a hot water heater at my mom's house coming from. Far away and having my hands full already. Cheaper than Lowes or Hono Depot. This is what I remember from back in the day. Helpful knowledgeable employees that remember your name and go all out. I can't say what I do for a living, but these are the people that I want by my side. Thank you so much!!!!!!!! You will always be my brothers and sisters in arms. Love you all. I bought a spruce weed and grass killer and followed the directions, it did not work. The Hispanic guy that works at Ace said it works, it didn’t. Very disappointed! $24 plus tax down the drain.

Called to inquire of a couple propane tanks that were outdated as to whether or not the could be used and filled . and the gentleman that says he was the manager was very rude . Saying he was going to call the state of florida on another company for filling out of date tanks . The only tanks we could find were a year past its time and he made a massive stink about it . Don’t get your propane there they have no sympathy for others. Heartlessness only from him .

The worse welcoming female clerk. Elderly woman who looked like I had step into her house uninvited. She was rude and nasty tone of voice. When I ask her for a price check it was like I was asking her to climb Mount Rushmore. To the manager please train your register clerk on how to politely welcome customers in the store. I blame the management team for poor training skills on their staff. I wont be going there ever again even If I have to travel to Elkam st. store. There they welcome people with a smile at least. To the lady on the register please speak to someone to help you with your attitude. Never again customer thank u but no thanks.

I was quite disappointed when they wouldn't price match a local competitor. It wasn't a lot of money but it's the principal and loyalty I've had to Ace. I showed the employees the policy online and they still wouldn't price match.
