I love our Ace! Everyone there is kind and helpful. We are always doing projects around here so we spend a lot of time there (they know me by name). I start there before going anywhere else. We get a lot of awesome coupons too!

Staff was helpful and attentive. I came to pick up an online order, got a phone call from a neighbor. Dan overheard I was not able to find a face shield to go with my grinder & jigsaw.
I hope they all got home in that torrential rainstorm that happened while I was there. We lost power twice!

Needed string for my weed recently purchased (Stihl brand) first, not only did they have it the guy helping me actually showed me how to put it in because it’s different than the craftsman I had and I didn’t know how to do it. Super friendly and helpful! Won’t use anything else once you have Stihl. Only at this Ace Hardware!

Rudest experience of my life.
I am trying to pump up a pool float. No big deal, so I went in to buy a needle inflater for the little compressor I have. The teenager working there didn't know what I was talking about, so she asked me to bring it in to see it. She found what I needed, but she started looking at the compressor and found a trap door with accessories in it.
Then it was on. I was an idiot for not knowing it was there. All the employees came over for a good laugh at my expense. Then it was, you can't leave that all over my floor, gather it all up and get it out of my store. So much for being helpful.

Shitty selection... Or should I say NOT much variety when it comes to flower and vegetable seeds at this Ace Hardware, honestly. They do sell great plant fertilizer here. They carry Foxfarm in a great variety. I will return to this store when it's time to buy fertilizer.
