Everything is fine, but there is one huge problem that makes me give it 2 stars. This is the problem of bioengineered food. In my opinion, approximately 40% of food is bioengineered, and unfortunately, this amount is growing. As a consumer, I really want to have a choice.

Went to the store January 7th, 2026 and bought a can of Crushed Tomatoes. I got home and noticed it smelled funny and found it expired August 2023. Why was it on the shelves? How did it get on the shelves since the store only opened last year? This is an extremely poorly run Aldi, not sure if it’s because of the area it is in or staffing but restrooms are constantly out of order and the refrigeration has been out for multiple days in a week. This store needs to do better.

Placed an online order. They had to substitute two family sized packages of boneless chicken breast being the one I chose wasn't available. The sell by date was 1/3 in those substituted packages. My date of purchase was 12/31 @ 3:30 pm. I ordered other things also. Needless to say one package was ripped and leaking onto the other package of meat and then two gallons of milk placed on top of them and placed in the trunk of my $60,000 car. The chicken alone came out to almost $28, the original packages I chose were $8.25. When I put the claim in online I attached my final receipt with the substituted chicken. They responded back that they were refunding me $8.25. The packages I received were both spoiled and stunk. And the bag was about to rip from all the weight. I ordered 2 family packs of chicken, 2 gallons of milk, spinach, cashews, and sunflower seeds. The chicken and Milk shouldn't have been placed in the same bag together. They charge for bags so in my opinion the spinach, cashews, and sunflower seeds could've gone in one bag and the chicken in another bag, and the milk in another bag. When I replied back to their email for refund and attached the receipt yet again and individual pictures of the meat packages so they can see the prices one was almost $12 the other over $15. Plus they charge a hold fee for an online curbside order. Instead of refunding me my money they sent it to Quality Assurance. Their website even states if your not happy they will refund and replace the items. Well so far I haven't even heard back. So on 1/2/26 when they reopened I brought the chicken back up asked to speak with a manager to show proof of the meat being spoiled he didn't doubt me or even look at the packages. He apologized and I also said whomever is bagging people's orders should know better than to place any other items with meat at all. I'm not happy with the results thus far only time will tell if I get refunded but I will not let it go nor will I buy meat from there ever again. I'll stick to the butcher I usually go to from here on out!! I didn't attach a picture of my receipt for this post but just the pictures of the packages and the bag it leaked in. I also got an email with a $10 gift card. That doesn’t make up for the meat I had to throw away or the money I spent.

I get some of my favorite items here yet I can never buy produce. You literally have rotting produce on the shelves, it's disgusting. The produce I did purchase went spoiled the very next day!!! Stick to freezer items, pantry staples and fun seasonal items. I always experience fast and positive customer service here so at least there's that.

Love this store, wide variety of different types of food and cheese options. Also deserts from Germany . Price range is mostly cheaper than a typical grocery store for everyday needs like bread, meats veggies and more.

I was at this location this morning as the doors opened for business. The manager opened the doors, came out to the front of store, checked the garbage can and cleaned up what debris was on the ground. I knew immediately I had found my new Aldi. Having trash at the storefront and garbage cans overflowing is something that would keep from returning even if I had to drive further, it says so much about the management imo.

I love Aldis, and you chose amazing employees for the hire in Deltona, but the Winn-Dixie to Aldis conversion is seriously suffering.. Please, Aldis swoop in and fix your Deltona store. The freezers are a nightmare and the food shortage feels like we are in HUD housing. I went to the Aldis in Orange City and it was gorgeous. The shelves were fully stocked .. I noticed the bathrooms were obviously inside.... I am not sure why this Aldis opened up if they were so ill prepared to do business, but I assume it is to give people their job which is why I waited a few months for these issues to resolve, but portable potties are still outside. Just a thought! I was one of the supporters of this conversion and now I feel a twinge of regret. (Ahem)

Brand new and the biggest Aldi I've ever been to! Beautiful location and size with free wheelchair accessible parking, very nice staff, great selection and prices. I'd strongly recommend shopping at the store, make sure you bring a quarter for the shopping cart!

They have the best pricing in general on almost every grocery item compared to most of their competitors. I've noticed that competitors may have a similar price range for a week while they run a sale. However, Aldi is usually still cheaper almost all the time allowing customers to not really worry about waiting for the weekly sales.
