I went with my family and I feel very unsafe at this location there are many homeless people outside of the location and my children felt very uncomfortable with the old man that were staring them down.

You can't buy a phone here anymore outright. It must be activated w cricket. Tried the service before and I didn't last a week! Just wanted to buy a phone. Stay clear of this service.

Yesterday, November 30, I visited this Cricket store and the store was alone because the girl was with her coworker outside the store smoking, she was in her car when I arrived and she spoke reluctantly, she did not want to help me with what I was looking for. because it took a long time and I saw my partner with the intention of helping me but she told him no; Then I looked for another Cricket store in Orange City, there they helped me with excellent service.

Great customer service Nancy saved me money she offered me every deal even though I did t buy her services was above and beyond and will definitely return with my wife to upgrade our phones! Ask for Nancy the best in Volusia County don't go to Metro PCS!

Please ask for Nancy, I came from Orange City the guy clearly didn't want to work he told me he couldn't help me because my phone was locked with T-Mobile I came here to this location and confirm the phone is unlocked and I am able to use it with Cricket !!!! I give this location 100stars because the Manager of this location thank for for your services !! Very Friendly and welcoming.
