I'm not sure who is running the Deltona location but as a manager the first thing I would tell my employees is to greet each and every customer that walks through your door. Especially when they are paying for your company and paycheck. What is the point to have employees at your front desk when they just stare at you and not greet you. Let me tell you the last gym I was at from out of state always greeted me and knew me by my name. I have regrets joining this place. Nothing else matters when you can't get the first thing right!

I am a Christian and for volunteering to emotionally support and help with physical training my sisters from the church, they treated me so badly that they prohibited my entry, I had been a member for more than 3 years and all my family ties, but they did not want to cancel my membership contract. my children because they are convenient when it comes to charging, terrible service from their employees, I felt totally discriminated against because of my ethnicity, I don't want any of my family to be attending that place.

Used to be clean friendly and well kept but in the last year has become dirty , machines are not fixed and staff is grouchy and rude!

The gym itself is nice and clean. Smaller then others, but still gets the job done. The front desk staff sucks. They are always in their phones, never greet you and if they do talk to you, they dont look up from their phones.

Jasmine at the front desk did not treat me like a valued customer. Worse, she acted suspicious and treated me like some sort of criminal. When I entered, she asked for my ID, so I gave her my ID. I also showed her the military crunch pass from ID.me. She then gave me a confused look, and stated that she needed to take her own picture of me to make sure that I am who I say I am. So I asked her, "Even after you just saw my ID? " and she insisted and this time said it was for the military pass policy.If she didn't know with the military pass was, she could've asked someone or made a phone call instead of being an unprofessional about it 27 minutes before closing. Her energy was off and she was giving a suspicious vibe.I told her that I don't mind at all taking a photo when I complete the free pass and purchase the annual membership. I also informed her that this was day five of the 7 Day pass, and that no one ever mentioned that I was required to take a photo during the trial. On day one, I was told by a different employee that the manager was notified because she was unfamiliar about how the military 7 day pass worked and not to worry about anything during the trial.Even if a photo during trial is the Crunch policy, and she wanted to be super employee of the month, her delivery is was off-putting and unnecessary. I don''t have a problem with taking pictures in general, but a warning would have been nice and I wasn't prepared with make up or anything to have my official photo taken at that time.But this was not enough for her. She told me that she still needed it, and it was a requirement for her "own liability purposes."No one else has done this at this gym. In fact, everyone else at the desk have made me feel welcome during my trial here. But for some reason, Jasmine insisted on making me feel weird and not valued at this establishment 27 minutes before closing.This could've been handled differently and could've been a more positive outcome, but instead, put off by this experience, I opted to leave and work out at home.

The workouts are amazing and even after being a member for over two years the workouts still challenge me. The coaches are very motivating and supportive as is the front desk staff! One of the best decisions I’ve made is joining this gym!

Zero out of ten do not recommend.Crunch fitness first got me on the cheap deal to join, went to the gym once and felt extremely uncomfortable and wished to cancel. Would not cancel it without charging me $80 dollars which was apparently a favour. Even though I opted for the most expensive plan with the most FLEXIBILITY I could not cancel without incurring feea.Manager never called me back as agreed.There is absolutely no transparency when signing up and it's clear they make their money by tricking members with 'deals'. Trickery is a scandalous way to run a business.Do yourself a favour and join literally anywhere else.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star !! I’ve literally been asking to please cancel my membership for 7 months being that I no longer have a car to get there, but it just so happens that’s the only way you can cancel is in person. That is extremely frustrating and inconsiderate. I’ve been stuck paying for a membership without being able to go, this is not a contract yet they treat it as a legal bind. Never again!! I stood there for 20 mins while the girl just socialized with her friends, then she took like an hour to figure out how to do her job. She was extremely unprofessional and clueless. This place is trash.

I go there in the mornings. It has a good assortment of equipment. Always clean. Staff is friendly. Overall, nice environment.

The gym strives because of the cleaning crew. Always there, always putting in work. Nothing better than a clean gym. Cleaning crew is a silent hero. The equipment is good and clean. I haven't seen it super busy where equipment becomes unavailable.

Do not join without reading their rules for cancellation! Must go in person and if within 10 days of next payment due you have to pay to cancel or go back again to cancel after payment deducted from your account! They make it very difficult to cancel.

I was told I can’t workout here today I have a 180 balance yesterday when I signed up no one said a thing. That balance was paid 4 years ago who took my money, currently I have 3 accounts???
