This is my go to pharmacy. They have a ton of people working there to get you in & out really fast. Everyone is so friendly, and courteous. I would recommend CVS as your pharmacy.

Terrible customer service from pharmacy AGAIN! I didn't want to have to leave negative feedback, but this is just exceptionally bad. In line prior to 1:30, but I was next and she looks at me and tells me they are closed for lunch now, come back after 2pm. Hours online don't list closed for lunch, and never been told this by another pharmacy. Customer service is terrible here, get your Rx filled somewhere else. ....and the drive thru is absolutely disgusting, covered in bugs and spiders!!

Hey y'all the cvs pharmacy at Deltona is no good. They aren't going to I guess ever have my lorezapam in stock, and I have been going through hell trying to get it. The woman at cvs in Deltona was yelling at me on the phone over my lorezapam and ripping me apart. I called her crazy and hung up. I'm used to nasty people but wow, she was so nasty and mean to me over my lorezapam and yelling at me. I am glad I called her crazy and talking to people like that wtf? Why would you talk to people like that with anxiety? Df? The crap this woman from the pharmacy said and yelling at me! I'm used to nasty people but she works at a pharmacy why would you yell at me like this? Screaming at me? All I wanted was my prescription that was due over 4 days ago. I never act a fool in public or start anything with anyone. I'm the nicest person I ever met. I'm not a combative person but without my anxiety meds, I did call her crazy and hung up. She started it by screaming and yelling at me! Please be careful at this pharmacy as she seems very violent and ready to hurt anyone, she is new and a loose cannon. We will hear about her on the news trust that. I hope this shines some light, on how people with mental illness are being treated.Edited I am not saying anything to corporate, she has my name and address. I am not going to have some lunatic come to my home and hurt me. I was a cashier for three years and never ever ever yelled at anyone. Ever.

Their pharmacy is always super fast, especially when I have a sick kid. They’re understanding and accommodating. Thanks!

I went to CVS to pick up diabetic supplies - meter, lancets, and test strips, which my doctor ordered and are covered under Medicare. Maryella (blonde) or Marcyella (not quite sure) but she seems to be a lead but not the pharmacist, yelled over as I was standing at the consult area asking what I wanted. I said I prefer not to let the whole store know what I wanted and she wanted to know if I needed the pharmacist or her. I wasn't sure. She finally came over and said that I needed to go over to the drop off area and I told her my prescriptions. She said she didn't have them. I went to my car and called the doctor's office and they said they were sent and CVS received them at 3:35 pm the previous day. I then went back in, another person waited on me and found the prescriptions right away! The new person asked Maryella about the prescription and she called over that they weren't covered by my insurance. I said they were covered by Medicare and she said no they aren't. You have to go to a medical supply store. I called my patient rep at Boomer Benefits who said I was right, they are covered and called CVS and talked to the pharmacist. It took 11 days to get my supplies, finally. Maryella should not be yelling (or talking loud) across an area to a patient about anything. She was very rude and doesn't know as much as she thinks. She gave me totally wrong information and lied about my prescription not being there when it was. She needs a refresher course in customer service. This was my first time trying to get the diabetic supplies, and I was very upset with how I was treated. Let me emphasize that the person who waited on me when I picked up the supplies was perfectly fine. It was Maryella in previous visits that was rude, mean, and wrong.

I usually never have a complaint but I picked up my Rx today at the drive thru. The girl was running her sofa and when I pulled up she looked at me as if she were bothered. She asked if I was picking up or dropping off asked my dob/name. Told me the cost and tossed the script in the basket pushed the drawer out without a word. No thank you no nothing. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this attitude with this girl. She needs a new position where she is not dealing with customers. Rude.

I am forced to use CVS for my prescriptions. I called the CVS on Howland Dr in Deltona, FL to refill a prescription that I had 3 refills left. The woman who answered said that CVS canceled my prescription because I no longer take it. When I explain that was not true and I do take it she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She nastily told me I had to call my doctor to get another prescription that they had canceled on me. I do not recommend this CVS Pharmacy at all. Every time I have to get a prescription there is always a problem

Out in pharmacy drive-thru is gross don't even want to put my hand out to get my medicine out of the jar it's nasty they really need to clean it how can a pharmacy be that dirty. Look this line says both sides full service but yet they got an upside-down shopping cart block in the one.

Very poor service both in person and over the phone. Not helpful when asking questions. Charged my card before telling me what the price was. Staff seem overworked and/or don't appreciate the jobs they have and that their jobs are about serving customers.

So I needed a rapid Covid 19 test and this was the only place I could get an something for the next day. They have a cool process, I booked online, then the next morning they called to verify my info and insurance. Then you pull up to the spots marked for Covid testing. They call you when its your turn and take you in a side door to the testing room. There they give you a swab and have you perform the test yourself. They walk you out and then in 20 minutes I found I tested positive. This was a good experience.
