Yes the review underneath me I had a similiar experience I will never forgot in September. The pharmacy ran out of anxiety medicine, and the woman on the phone was chewing me out. Now out of fear, of this yelling woman, I won’t go to the pharmacy alone. I never identified the woman. All I know was she was complaining about her job and me and she has her own problems. On the phone. I said I been seeing a psychiatrist 15 years my anxiety isn’t going to go away. I was frightened by all her yelling. She now triggered a new fear in me of going to the pharmacy alone. Have to bring my mom with me now. They have some nice people working there though. She’s like the bad apple. Picking fights with disabled people and people on psych meds. She knew what the medicine was for too, and started anyways knowing I have anxiety and panic attacks everyday. That was in September. She started with me I never would ever start with anyone. Not in my soul. All I did was what the app said to do and call. I never said or did anything to this woman to get chewed out. Should be a law, not to yell at people getting depression, anxiety or bipolar or adhd or any medication for mental health. I will advocate for myself and anyone on mental health medication. After her yelling fit I called her crazy and hung up the phone call. I don’t start a fight however I do finish them. Once she started it. Wow I didn’t know my review was going to have over 459 views. I hope that lady read it. Be nice to people who are getting anxiety meds, we have enough going on in our heads. This was in September so far I never got whoever that woman was back on the phone. So I’m thankful for that.

I have been having problems getting my medication the right way ! There's always a lame excuseAnd when I called today telling them my medication is given to me wrong the young lady hangs up the phone! My doctor has faxed over various times the correct prescription and it seems they are putting excuses or even worse not doing their job the right way. I am so upset they are playing with my health very unprofessional

Worst experience I have received in a pharmacy, hands down. Surprised that a lady named "Alison" (maybe Coleman last name) who works in the pharmacy, is allowed to work with people. Highly toxic and rude right from the first contact. Charged us FOUR TIMES the amount that THEY (CVS) quoted us. Her response: take it or leave it. Very petty for an adult, and likes talking down to others. Even walked away from the store, to make my mother wait longer ON PURPOSE.For a BASIC OINTMENT it took them TWO DAYS. Do yourself a favor, drive a few minutes down to a Walmart, or Walgreens for a night and day difference of a service. Reporting this lady to CVS headquarter. If you're reading this Alison: if you don't like your job, quit it. Others shouldn't have to pay 4 times the amount because you can't handle stress at work.

Horrible service! They lie, they don’t answer the phone and it takes them at least 2 days to process a simple ointment prescription!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.WHY WOULD AN ANTIBIOTIC TAKE 4 DAYS TO FILL. 3 calls later and it is ready. We head up there and they closed. What is wrong with providing a little customer service?! Laura could not bother to mention they close for lunch in less than FIVE minutes. Knowing damn well we were heading up to pick up the rx. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS CVS?!

My mother, an elderly woman (high up in age), whom has many underlying conditions -RA being chiefly- has fallen on her brittle shoulder. Now succumbed to this new & xtra pain; her PCP handed her an orthopedic referral. [Meanwhile awaiting this new orthopedic appointment] --- he scripted her, atop her original & daily 10mg pain meds, a 15-day supply of pain meds to suffice.But... CVS... Told her to come back in 3 more days. My mom who doesn't like to make a scene - [accepted this "ridiculous power hungry" statement]. If it wasn't for my mom I would file a complaint to the their Grievance Dept. and ask for their policies vs. Florida's laws [state & federal].

Hey y'all the cvs pharmacy at Deltona is no good. They aren't going to I guess ever have my lorezapam in stock, and I have been going through hell trying to get it. The woman at cvs in Deltona was yelling at me on the phone over my lorezapam and ripping me apart. I called her crazy and hung up. I'm used to nasty people but wow, she was so nasty and mean to me over my lorezapam and yelling at me. I am glad I called her crazy and talking to people like that wtf? Why would you talk to people like that with anxiety? Df? The crap this woman from the pharmacy said and yelling at me! I'm used to nasty people but she works at a pharmacy why would you yell at me like this? Screaming at me? All I wanted was my prescription that was due over 4 days ago. I never act a fool in public or start anything with anyone. I'm the nicest person I ever met. I'm not a combative person but without my anxiety meds, I did call her crazy and hung up. She started it by screaming and yelling at me! Please be careful at this pharmacy as she seems very violent and ready to hurt anyone, she is new and a loose cannon. We will hear about her on the news trust that. I hope this shines some light, on how people with mental illness are being treated. Edited I am not saying anything to corporate, she has my name and address. I am not going to have some lunatic come to my home and hurt me. I was a cashier for three years and never ever ever yelled at anyone. Ever.

Best CVS in the area so far! Just moved here and CVS is my go-to for a lot of my shopping. Night employee (unsure of her name) was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

I regularly fill my prescriptions at this location. The pharmaceutical staff has provided poor communication and lacks in filling prescriptions when providing time-frames. Furthermore, I have returned two different occasions to find out the same prescription was not covered by my insurance due to a change in the prescription dosage. The staff never informed me of the change initially, and this would have saved days in the process due to my horrendous work-life balance. Needless to say, I am blessed. God has brought me through the trialing times of going off my medication as I have had to go without due to the negligence of the staffing in CVS on howland blvd. I have had issues in the past, but never one that cost me quite as much difficulty as this complication has for a medication so altering. I suggest different staffing or more training please as this may cause pending litigation.

This is the second time I have waited for medication just to go to the store and have them tell me they need further information or prior authorization. I did not get any communication regarding an issue and had I not asked they would not have told. Then told I’m just going to have to pay out of pocket. Starting to not be happy with the customer service.

A girl at the checkout was rude and curt (forgot the name, but it started with a Y). Other than that, I went there to use a coupon for a free $3.00 item and yikes, was I shocked at the prices there. Holy cow. Won't make CVS a normal drop in place to quick grab something, that's for certain. Ya know those "snack size" bags of chips? $2.49 ~ I mean, I had to *struggle* to even find an item $3 or less. 1 can of Progresso soup? $4.89! lol. What a joke.

Male pharmacist is rude, arrogant and really not one you want to deal with. For that reason alone I do not shop at this particular CVS. I’ll die first before I go back there
