Why is there always only one person and the self checkout is never even working. The layout of the whole store sucks and I don't know it just seems so dark and ghetto. I really don't like going into this one I would drive all the way to 415 or anywhere else then going to this one I don't know why

Just went into this Dollar general and had to walk out because there was a huge line over 15 to 20 people on line waiting with only one cashier attending while the other older lady was sitting outside smoking. I said something to her and told her backup is needed inside and she just said mhm kept scrolling on her phone and smoking her cigarettes. I feel this should be addressed because a huge line with one cashier n another worker not caring should be a better team work and help out. Store could do better.

This store is horrible. It's always trashed it's never stocked up every time I go in for something they're out of stock. They're self-checkouts hardly work you never see the employees they're always hiding in the office. You asked for help finding something and they give you attitude like it's inconveniencing them when they're not even doing anything. I only come here because it's a mile from my house and I thought it would be convenient but it's always useless. Was so excited to have a convenience store down the road from my home but it's almost like what's the point cuz they never have anything you're looking for

Line was long 2 people working one seem to be more I terested in being in the office and not very helpful for all the customers self pay way down. Cashier that was working seemed very short due to the lack of help

Trying to return a small container of Flex Seal that when opened, was ROCK HARD! No, I did not have the reciept... But it was the 'managers' attitude that got me and when I asked for the district managers name, I was told to "Google it". So that I am!
