I like to give businesses a chance, I’ve gone to see Mr. Tom (pedicure) for some time now and he’s always very pleasant and does a good job. However, the appointments are not being followed. To wait almost 30 minutes after your appointment time is insane, it has happened more than twice and is an unacceptable practice. They don’t even apologize about. I’m over it.

I've been going here for a few years now and absolutely love it. Mai is my usual person and she is super talented and amazing!
She's patient, does good work, and always willing to try new things!
Will continue to go even while I'm no longer in the area.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this place. The owner openly discussed me with another customer, unaware that this person was my family. Despite giving them a second chance, the same issues arose. I scheduled an appointment for a reason, as I had other commitments to fulfill. When I arrived, they informed me I’d need to wait 30 minutes, even though the owner had originally mentioned only 15 minutes. I explained the importance of my appointment and my need to be elsewhere.
Instead of addressing my concerns, they began speaking in their native language. I pointed out that I was a customer. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited an additional 15 minutes, only to have the owner suggest I return later.
This was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I urge you not to waste your time here.

I wouldn’t recommend Holly for waxing. I have been burnt multiple times, she rushes and she overcharges LOL. I came to get my chin and neck waxed she said it was $36 😂.
I had to give a star so my review can go through in reality it’s 0 and wouldn’t recommend

at first i really did enjoy coming here but time and time again i am disappointed and i am done. My last visit, i got a gentleman and he was nice but the pedicure came out awful. Super streaky polish, he didn’t paint my pinkie toes, didn’t cover the full nails with polish, and cut me as well. The gel polish started chipping off in days and now I have a fungal infection in my big toe. You can tell the nail was filed all the way to the bed and the gel polish chipped so bad that it ripped off the top of my toenails where it now has the fungal infection. The nail is so soft and damaged. The toe where i was cut is still hurting and I’m hoping it doesn’t become an ingrown nail. I have never experienced something like this before and the only thing I can say that has changed was coming here for my pedicures. $75 for a toe fungus infection and a terrible pedicure job.
