My household frequently goes through soda, this was my favorite location because of all the excellent deals you can get on purchasing 12 packs. I saw the deal 3 for 15 on sale. If you are a member you can get it for 3 for 13. I go the register and the employee charges me 7.95 for each 12 pack. I explain to her that they were on sale and she proceeds to tell me I'm incorrect. My friend with me was also picking up 12 packs of soda as well. I shout to let him know that they aren't on sale, I didn't feel like arguing. I put the 12 packs in my car and return to continue shopping with my friend. He walks over to me and informs me that she was removing the labels that specified the deal details. This is ridiculous and has me hesitant about shopping here anymore. Her customer service is disingenuous, I felt scammed. Do better.

Diane or Diana is rude as can be and wants to argue over nothing. If a coupon doesn't come off and didn't realize it and you say something she goes off the handle. Attitude all the time just hates seeing people come in to the store and hates her job. All the other stores are closing that are better than this one so last one to go to. Diane is just horrible.

Warning: Horrible Experience at Family Dollar - Avoid at All Costs!
If you value your sanity and hard-earned money, steer clear of Family Dollar, especially the one we visited yesterday. My mom bought a cell phone, unopened and with the original receipt, and wanted to return it. According to Family Dollar's own return policy for electronics, this should have been straightforward. Instead, we encountered a nightmare.
Haley, an employee, was shockingly rude and dismissive. She flat-out lied, claiming they don't do returns. When we insisted on seeing the policy, she refused and became confrontational, waving her hands aggressively in our faces. Despite showing her the policy on Family Dollar's website and the store's own signage confirming returns for electronics, Haley continued to stonewall us.
Things only got worse when the manager got involved. This person was even more deceitful, claiming to have spoken with district managers who allegedly said they don’t accept cell phone returns. This was an outright lie—we watched as she pretended to make a phone call outside the store. Their behavior was not only dishonest but also infuriatingly disrespectful.
Our efforts to resolve the issue amicably were met with more lies and aggression. It wasn't until I threatened to involve the police and a lawyer that they reluctantly agreed to process the return. The police had to be called in to mediate the situation, which was completely unnecessary if Haley and the manager had simply followed their own store policy.
This experience was beyond frustrating and stressful. Their customer service was abysmal, and their blatant disregard for their own policies is unacceptable. My mom was left extremely upset by the ordeal. Do not shop at this Family Dollar—especially not for electronics. The employees here, particularly Haley and the manager, are deceitful and confrontational. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.

FIX YOUR PRICING I COME HERE ALMOST EVERY DAY.........AS A REG AND THE PRICES ARE ALWAYS WRONG ....... THEY DONT RING UP AS MARKED..... AND THATS ANNOYING UR CASHIER HAD THREE PEOPLE WITH THE SAME PRICING ISSUE SOME WERE MAD SOME WERENT IDK FIX THE PROBLEM THANKS
