I am very displeased with Fed Ex. One of their careless workers, DAYAN DELGADO PEREZ, hit my vehicle and upon calling Fed Ex customer service to file a claim I was aimlessly transferred from representative to representative. I was given different numbers to call each attempt I made to reach someone. Since when is it acceptable for representatives to hang up on callers? I have yet to hear back from Fed Ex and I intend on leaving a complaint and/or emailing a corporate location to get some assistance. This is very disappointing. If any support staff see this message, please reach out to me with contact information!

They really have no idea of how to do their job . I specifically asked if they were able to print out packing slips from a wQR code but when I got there they couldn’t do it . Not kool man . Not kool at all . What a waste of time
