absolutely awful customer service at 2:45pm on 2/19 from a middle aged woman with dark hair and a tattoo sleeve. i called ahead and was told she could take me at 2pm. i get there at 2pm and then im told theres a 20 min wait. i sat there for 45 mins and she never even acknowledged me or let me know it might be a little longer. once i said something she continued to defend her actions and be extremely rude in front of the entire salon. i couldn’t believe how unprofessional. i understand things happen but a little communication and im sorry would have gone a long way. i will never go back here and if you want your time respected you shouldn’t either. pay the extra $20 to go to a real salon with qualified professionals.

Leaving a review for my mom because she was too nervous to. She stated multiple times to only cut an inch or two off for the dead ends, specified how much on her hair and the lady said “okay.”…and then proceeded to take out a buzz-cutter and hack like 6 inches off. The lady then wanted to keep cutting MORE because ‘it wasn’t even.’ Please be VERY careful when you go here about length. The people are nice, the place is clean, but maybe not the best listeners. My trim with another lady was fine.

When you get a 8.99 haircut you GET a 8.99 haircut! 10 minutes and done! Thanks for the nice alfalfa calic on top from not trimming the back properly! Never again! Thanks Stephanie for not giving a carp about my hair!

Started out with good cuts last year. Since then it's gone downhill last 3 or 4. Taking 5 minutes to cut hair is a rat race and not appreciated by the customer. No blend. Gouged my right side so I couldn't spike. Straggler hairs. Not properly cleaning tops of ears or neck. I'm done coming here.

I took my son to get his hair cut and the lady who helped him first wanted to give him the machine and I wanted him to use the scissors(my son has sensory problems so the machine bothers him), then she told my son that yes. using scissors was going to make her work a lot.
And why does she go there if she's not going to work and finally when we got home I went to wash his hair and she hasn’t even removed the hair that she cut. His hair grew tremendously all over the floor ?♀️. I DEFINITELY WON'T RETURN.
