Worst experience ever had with getting blood drawn. Took my 3 children and the employees were already complaining about having to work. Then the lady who definitely should NOT be a phlebotomist stuck in the needle and dug around to find the vein... with all 3. Would have left after 1st child but needed results asap. No compassion and very rude even after I explained my child is non verbal ASD and I was calming her down. Do NOT go here!!! - Negative Stars

Very bad service. I left this place of helplessness crying. The bad face of the lady at "reception".
The lady is also a foreigner, like many. But the racism it has is clear. Simply without any empathy, nor desire to help. How unfortunate to arrive at a place, need a service and leave without being able to do so.
In addition to the dirty and neglected place.
I don't recommend it at all.

A while ago I arrived here and they treated me extremely badly, or rather they didn't treat us, there was a terrible act of discrimination! The lady was rude, also a liar, she said that she didn't have the order for the exams, we called our primary doctor and they They sent via fax and she denied that they had arrived, this woman looked like a Hindu or something like that, she left us there and did not attend to us, we went to quest and there in less than 10 minutes they attended to us, they received the fax and took the laboratory tests, my 11-year-old girl said that she didn't understand that lady's attitude? Terrible attention, I recommend that you do not visit there... bye.

Worst experience ever..there only one person working and she is very rude. I saw she was rude to another patient as well..She need to go if she’s not professional!! Who ever owns this business need to find him a new worker because this is not a way to treat people if you don’t like you job leave no one gonna be patient with that attitude get you a more professional worker!

This the worst way to treat people this the second time I have came to this place always rude if you don’t want to work just go do a different job wasted a whole hour from my life could’ve just check the paper instead of telling me to sign up should be a more helping and respectful person there not her!!!

Mckleana helped me (apologies if I misspelled) I waited a bit as Mondays and Fridays are their busier days… but honestly, everything was clean and once my name was called she was quick and efficient. I’ll definitely be back if I need more bloodwork done. They’re all very kind.

I was helped by Akima - she was quick, efficient and had zero issues with the stick. I’m often told I’m a difficult stick and sometimes that means multiple attempts. So quick and painless! I didn’t realize she’d been successful until I saw that the vials were filling. This location is so lucky to have her.Thank you again Akima!

I came to this lab as a walk-in. I was very sick and all the appointments were booked until 2 PM and I had to fast. I went into the lab expecting to have to wait for more than an hour because there were people there with appointments but the technician was so amazing to all of us, of all ages. She was kind, polite, and patient. She took care of all of us, one by one, and although we knew we were many, she treated us as if we were her only Patient. She is a one woman army and I would definitely recommend this lab to anyone that would ask.

Who ever is involved or own this facility needs to listen to complaints.. this lady front is very rude she un professional she’s the only one in the office she thinks she owns the place .. she is very good what she does but her attitude is not right no ethical I rather go 10 miles distance Walgreens Labcorp service is good !

Aklima (hope I have her name right) is an amazing person doing your bloodwork, not only for adults even for my little girl that has a disability and she get her blood sample super fast and pain free. She is fast even working by herself on that location doing registration plus taking the samples. She is A+
