I have had the worst experience in a lab, the woman who helped me at the window was super rude, she had a bad attitude when speaking, not professional at all, and when I told her why I had that attitude, she told me that she was just doing her job, so I asked him his name and he told me. She said her name was (Aclima or AKkima). I don't know if her name is spelled correctly. She then told me to sit down and wait for my turn. My appointment was at 9:30 and there was no one in the waiting room and she made me wait a long time. She grabbed the phone, closed the window and started talking for about 20 or 25 minutes. and then she herself opened the door for me and she would be the person who would take out my laboratories and when we were walking she told me in a mocking and defiant tone (YOU WANT INFORMATION FROM MY MANAGER ? ) I looked at her and told her no, thank you. I regret not having written down the information from her manager to report it. I DON'T KNOW WHY PEOPLE LIKE THIS WOMAN HAVE TO CARE FOR PATIENTS WHO NEED A LABORATORY, THEY SHOULD GET ANOTHER JOB. And now looking at the comments I realize that I am not the only one who has been treated that way. We need the owners or managers to remove this person from their position. This ruined my day.

Went here several weeks back. Had the absolute worst experience we've ever had at a lab. The most unprofessional woman working both the desk and as the lab tech. Even though this lab is much closer, and in the past we've had zero issues at this location, I won't be returning for any of the upcoming labs needed. I'll drive out of my way to avoid it. That's how unprofessional and rude this woman was.At first, I felt badly for her because she seemed to be the only one working (which I think is wrong on Labcorp's part) and was giving her the benefit of the doubt. However, it didn't take long for her to change my mind. There is no excuse or bad day that warrants this level of patient experience. Although, it does seem to be an ongoing attitude issue after seeing the other reviews as opposed to a one-time thing. Many people are coming to the lab for testing they are already concerned over. The last thing they need is to have a hateful and rude attitude from someone drawing their blood. A person should not be working in this field if this is the type of bedside manner they have.Initially, I was going to elaborate on the specifics, but after seeing so many negative reviews about what seems to be the same woman, I'm questioning if Labcorp even cares about who they have staffed at their locations.

The front desk person attitude was horrible. I can feel the racial bigotry. My husband doctors want the lab results as soon as possible, I had to wait another week to get my husband tests done. I will not be going back to the Labcorp on Providence.Labcorp person in Walgreens was very professional and courtesy.

The website says walk-ins welcome, got there at 7 am, one other gentlemen waiting then Akkuma comes out tells us they don't take walk-ins. He paid for his test online, there was no one else in this big waiting room and we both told her it says walk-ins welcome online, she says sorry no! Asked to get our Bloodwork done because he paid online and we both saw walk-ins on their site, she said no, they are not allowed. Please update your site! Must be nice to be paid, not have to work cuz you turn walk-ins away which is a lie according to her.Hoping Quest takes my insurance, won't go to a company that can't update their site!

Lady at the front desk with the glasses is so rude. Not sure what her issue was, but had an attitude as soon as I walked into the place. Place might be empty because she’s employed there. Go to another lab corp, as you can see, they have a bunch of 1 stat ratings for a reason!

A few minutes ago, I had the unfortunate experience of visiting Labcorp in Deltona for a medical test, and I must say that it was one of the most disappointing encounters I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the facility, it was evident that the level of customer service, treatment, and care provided to each patient was abysmal.Firstly, the customer service here was utterly unacceptable. The staff member (The lady in the front) were unfriendly, unhelpful, and displayed a complete lack of professionalism. Their attitude towards patients was dismissive, and they seemed more interested in rushing through the process rather than addressing any concerns. The lack of empathy and courtesy made the overall experience extremely unpleasant.Furthermore, the treatment I received at LabCorp Deltona was far from satisfactory. The staff member displayed a lack of competence and knowledge in their respective roles. They seemed disinterested and were unable to answer basic questions. It was evident that they lacked the necessary training and expertise to carry out their responsibilities effectively. This lack of professionalism and expertise was disconcerting and left me feeling uncertain about my test.Additionally, the level of care provided to each patient was severely lacking. She showed no regard for patient comfort or well being. The waiting area was chaotic. Patients were left waiting for extended periods without any updates or communication, adding to the already distressing experience. The overall atmosphere felt impersonal, and it seemed as though the staff were merely going through the motions without genuinely caring about the patients. My experience here was marked by the worst customer service, treatment, and care imaginable. The lack of professionalism, knowledge, and empathy displayed by the staff member left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I strongly advise others to seek alternative options. The Lake Mary LabCorp is so MUCH BETTER.P.S I would like to score this place with 0 stars but I can’t.

Vey unprofessional the lady has an attitude problem. I went there and the lady at the front had an argument with a patient before me. Then I went to her to give my paperwork and she don't even talk to me..she just grab my paperwork and my insurance card with attitude and throwing stuff on her desk. I think I went there to receive a service not an attitude. Very disappointing never again...

I do not like the facility. I was told to make an appointment and they would get me right in. They kept me 50 minutes and i was told they have to get the walk in’s done. I had to use the rest room and i am not supposed to hold my urine because of being a diabetic it causes urinary tract infections and i told the girl . She wouldn't let me do the urine test. i called and spoke to the manager and her response was you have to wait in a doctors office. The reason you wait in lab corp they have 1 person working the lab, they are to cheap to hire more workers. I would give the lab an f. The last time i went in same thing the Lab girl was talking to another lady about me and she came out and said i need to have patients. I didn't have them because i had 2 other doctor’s appointments and i sat in there over an hour. This is unacceptable. They need to staff their offices better and there is a hippa law that young lady had no right discussing personal information about me with another patient

Not only did this place take forever (hours) to get blood work done, but they specified that if insurance didn't cover the costs (we have Anthem BlueCross/BlueShield), they would charge our card a maximum of $150. Not only did they end up charging us $150, they billed us for another $307 on top of that. Come to find out, this particular Labcorp "isn't covered in our network" (even though most others are), but our insurance said they're significantly overcharging (charged almost a grand in total - our insurance did cover some of it!) - our insurance said they're shocked by how much this place charged for these simple tests (they said the average is $45 total for this particular set of labwork!)So unless you like lies, surprise billing, and being overcharged by a significant amount, I would look into other Labcorps.

Very nice and they work hard to stay on time even though it is a small lab. Been going there 3 years.

I used this location for bloodwork ordered by my PCP. They are in network with Cigna. The online appointment was easy. Checking in was a breeze using the QR code from my phone. The tech was friendly and very efficient! It took longer to check in than it did to draw blood! The results only took a day to deliver. A friendly, clean and well run business.
