I saw everyone talking about those crazy puffs and they did not disappoint. I stopped in today as a last second decision without an order placed and even though it was a little before 4 they had some ready to go which was wonderful. Nice staff and I’m pleasantly surprised by how much I liked the flavor of the sauce.

Placed order online to save a dollar and get the new Pepperoni Crazy Puffs. Added 2 extra Pepperoni Crazy Puff's. Took possession from the instore portal. Only received 1 order of Pepperoni Crazy Puffs and 2 orders of Cheese Crazy Puffs. When I called to advise of the mistake I had to explain the error twice to a team member and then was asked if I would like to speak to a manager. Manager asked for the name on the order and time. Then proceeded to rudely advise that there system showed the ordee the way it was received. While the print outs on the top of my pizza box confirm the 3 orders of Pepperoni Crazy Puffs. After this back and forth exchange I was offered the option to bring the wrong orders back for an exchange. While the correct items were tasty, the wrongs items were disappointing!

The little Caesars on 1682 Providence Blvd #3, Deltona, FL 32725 is extremely rude. I visited this location on Saturday. I called to place an order and asked to have an order made fresh. The general manager replied you do not need to ask that way. I explained in the past if I did not ask food from the warmer was provided. The GM disagreed with me. I ordered 2 puffs, 2 stuffed crazy breads, and 2 normal crazy breads. When getting to the location I explained that I had a credit for a 2 letter as I forgot it several months ago. The gm did not ask the speaking of my name or even my last name. Looked in a notepad and say you are not here. Instead of helping me she said there nothing I can do and turned her back. While eating the puffs I noticed that the filling was not fully cooked. When calling the GM she was extremely rude with me arguing with me that is not possible and that they are cooked for 10 minutes. I explained that she is being very rude and she was extremely rude the prior day as well. She replied that she is not rude and she never is.she asked for my name. I provide my name and she replied I would get a fund on my credit card. Today is Wednesday so I call the store and the acting manager is extremely rude as well. Before I could even ask my question she rudely cuts me off and says you will have a refund in 3-5 days the online system is not working right now. When advising that is not the reason for my call, the manager replied it is the reason for your call we just spoke at the same time. When asking a 3rd time if I can ask my question. The manager went silent, instead of answering. I explained that the gm said she was putting in a refund of my order from Saturday and I would like to know if she processed it or not because if not I would like to use those funds for an order tonight. The manager rudely replied if she said it would be done it will be received in 3-5 days. I explained that you and your gm have been extremely rude and you do not know how to treat customers. The manager replied the gm is not rude and hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager above her. She replied you already spoke with her and hung up again. I called a 3rd time and asked if this location is a corporate store or franchise. She replied I don't know, I asked if the owner is available as any boss should know who they report to a corporation or personal owner. She replied you already spoke with her and hung up again. I called a 4th time and explained hanging up on customers is not going to resolve the issues and that I will keep calling until I get my answers. She replied that I am being very rude and she is not going to speak with someone over the phone and hung up again. I called back a 5th time where she answered and hung up again. This is ridiculous and no way to treat customers. Several months ago I remember speaking to this general manager when she was the nicest lady ever. Now I don't know what has gone on but everybody at this location is miserable and treats people like their trash.

Christina is great! Pies are always ready when needed and the kids never complain. I changed pizza providers at the start of this school year and am so glad I did! As a frequent flyer I have sat in line and seen some pretty rude customers come through and yet Christina handles it like a professional each time! Her customer service keeps me coming back.

I just want to claim on the supposed General Manager "Anthony" at the Deltona location. I wanted extra cheese sauce added to a pizza for my daughters. He would not make any adjustments. I asked to pay for a sauce at the store when I camein. He rudely declined as well. I am ageneral manager myself and an ask as simple as this to make a customer happy is very is veryeasy. The fact that he kept rudely declining will be noted. I will not buy from thislocation again.

Great pizza. They were super busy, so no hot & ready, ready. Still was pretty fast considered. One slice of the new extra stuffed was enough to be stuffed.

Beware of employee that threatens people because "he is not The one to be messed up with and this is his store" when proved wrong about the details of an order, stay away is not cheap anymore and wait times are as long as the other

I waited over 30 minutes for 2 Italian cheese bread and a Twix cookie dough brownie. The Italian cheese bread had little to no seasoning. The Twix brownie was ice cold and literally tasted like a little Debbie cosmic brownie with overly sweet cookie dough on top and no flavor of twix at all. The staff was extremely rude and argumentative. The manager which was a elderly lady was super argumentative and disrespectful to a customer about the fact that he paid to Parmesan cheese could be added to his pizza. His receipt showed that it got paid for but it was not put on. They were trying to charge him extra for doing it again. Finally the manager just put it on his pizza and he left. The disrespectful attitude the manager and the staff had, the long wait time for food that should have been in the hot case which were empty leaves me dissatisfied. I will not be returning and I recommend others not to go here as well.

I placed a online order and picked it up and didn’t see that it was wrong until I got home, once I got home I called and asked if I could get it corrected and come back sometime today to pick up the correct version. The first person I talked to sounded clueless so they gave the phone to someone else who had a terrible attitude. I unfortunately didn’t get her name when she asked about my order I tried explaining to her and she cut me off almost immediately with an attitude and rudely asked what my name was only for her to say she couldn’t find my order. Eventually I’m assuming she did end up finding it and told me in a rude tone that if I want my pizza I need to come get it. Which in my opinion is not how you talk to people. Her overall tone was rude and not very pleasant
