Called multiple times, at various times of the day, over the course of the past few weeks. No one answers, there’s no way to leave any sort of message, seemingly impossible to even get ahold of someone to make an appointment.

My 87-year-old mother went there three times nobody was there that’s pretty sad when you called and we’re supposed to be there no note on the door nothing somebody needs to do something.

I've been using Deltona Medical Arts Lab for years. They come to my home which makes it much easier to cope with the fear of needles. Nothing but good things to the woman that come out. They even use the butterfly needle thats usually used on children to keep the experience less stressful for me. I totally appreciate this company

They sent the info to Quest with the wrong doctor and Medicare refused to pay. I contacted them and they refused to do anything. It has been 8 months.

When to Medical Arts Lab on 06/22/2020 told them I was self paid no insurance, paid up front for all tests, with a total of $72.14, they never send results to my doctor, when to the office and for my surprise they told me that they send my samples to Quest, now Quest is charging me $412.16 when I already paid Medical Arts up front. When to Medical Arts Lab again to complain about it still no results.

Medical Arts sent some of my samples to Quest and had them bill me, even though I had already paid for everything at the time of the blood draw. Boss is aware and doesn't care because he is trying to sell the lab and had even his lab account with Quest closed and sent to collection for non-payment. I'm now stuck with a bill from Quest from something I already paid for. I hope he sells the lab to someone with scruples!

I have used this facility twice now. Both times when having my blood drawn I thought the staff was friendly and treated me well. However this last time June 23 I went in for pre-surgery bloodwork. Last Wednesday, July 1 my orthopedic doctor tried contacting them. We still haven’t received the results of my blood work. Several messages were left by my primary care doctor my orthopedic surgeon and myself. None of our messages were answered. I went down there on Thursday July 2nd. Office was closed when it was supposed to be opened. Today July 6 I had to go down there physically and get the paperwork faxed to my doctor. I was told by the snotty receptionist behind the desk that she had no control over it. However there was a note on the door saying they would be open at 6:30 on Friday no one was there. There was no one there on Thursday afternoon at 3:30 when the Internet page said that they would be open till five. There were other patients on Friday morning waiting to have blood drawn at 6:30 because that’s what the sign on there door said. The snotty little woman behind the desk just told me that the page hadn’t been updated. Well if you can’t keep your Internet updated then you shouldn’t have a page with information on it. If you can’t get your paperwork out in time you shouldn’t even be open. And you should return phone calls. Not happy with this place at all and the snotty little woman behind the desk absolutely ridiculous.

I have been a few times now and can't say enough about how friendly the staff is. I have never had to wait and they take me right back and treat me and my daughter so kindly. Both of us are not the best at blood draws. The cost is great compared to the big labs. I paid 1/3 of what I would have there. Will definitely be going again.

The one time I've been so far (after my favorite closed) I was genuinely surprised in a pleasant way with facility, personnel, and wait time. I just got another lab order - while I'm not eager to go there's no question about going back to Medical Arts Laboratory to get it done.
