What an amazing store!! The manager Carlos was super helpful. He took one look at my account and found a bunch of ways of saving me money. He even found a way for me to add a tablet and still had my bill lowered. His happy personality, honesty and sense of humor is an asset to the company. I'll be back here for all me Metro needs.

This store is a great place to do business. Carlos is a very friendly and knowledgeable manager. He is a straight shooter that doesn't sell you things you don't want or need. I highly recommend this location for anything Metro related.

Carlos makes it effortless. I've had headaches in the past when replacing my phone. No hiccups on my last visit and I suggest that anyone in the area go to this location. Everyone should be afforded that luxury

What a great store to do business. Carlos, the store manager, is very knowledgeable and explains everything in simple to understand terms. Very honest with his sales. He doesn't sell things you don't need or want. I highly recommend that for best customer service with a smile, to come to this Saxon location.

The Saxon location in Deltona, April and Carlos are the best metro PC s workers.I've ever encountered.They know their job.If you've got a problem they can solve it guarantee.This is how impressed I am with their abilities.

Let me just say that if anybody has any issues that they have with metro they need to go to this location and this location only. I had came to Carlos after being highly frustrated and treated like crap from the store on enterprise. My intention after a horrible experience was to get the transfer code for my account as I was ready to switch carriers after having a problem that literally lasted me from 9am to 4 pm, Because of the lack of help and professionalism from the store on enterprise. When I went to Carlos i was highly Agitated. He was very kind and professional. And in a great mood which couldn't help but rub off on me. And he was very helpful and understanding. This guy took care of two problems that I had within only 20 minutes of his time. Even though he did not make a dime off of me, He showed me that my time and my problem was important to him.
And because of that I decided to change my mind and I stayed with metro. So if anybody wants good customer service, come to this place, and stay away from the one one on enterprise. The blonde hair short spanish lady will not give you the time of day if you're not going there to spend hundreds of dollars.

Carlos and April did an absolute AMAZING JOB!!! They helped me in 10 mins when I was at another store a couple days ago and there for 2 hours and didn't do anything I needed. They are extremely friendly and patient and definitely know what they are doing!! THIS IS THE ONLY STORE AND PEOPLE I RECOMMEND GOING TOO!! Thank the both of you so, so much!!

Walked in to pay my mom’s phone bill & was greeted by the guy that works there ! Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but he was super nice & very informative! Showed me how to pay online lol . Then was greeted by a very nice woman . Both made my day! Thank you !!
