I just know I'm going to butcher the spelling of her name... But Kaiyhla? The store manager. Absolutely AMAZING. I went in with a shattered screen and in a matter of minutes I was upgraded, the phone was cased and screen protected and I was on my way. With a very small budget. She was soo helpful and made my very bad day soo much better. Thanks again sweetheart!

Kaihyla was AMAZING today!! This woman knows how to run her store!! She was very helpful in ALL areas to find me the BEST deal and NOT take advantage of me not knowing that much about phones and upgrades and all. But she SAVED me and got me an AMAZING deal ESPECIALLY after my last encounter with a different store and I got the BEST phone that’s out now so I will work PERFECTLY!!!! And went over DETAILED what items I received for good faith. She is an AMAZING employee and REALLY knows her stuff. BEST service I have EVER had with ANY MetroPCS store in all the years I have been with Metro. Thank you so much for being an HONEST, KNOWABLE, KIND woman. I will be back for good now.
