“Above and Beyond Service for My Jeep Patriot!
I cannot recommend Honest 1 Hour Care in Deltona, FL highly enough. They are absolutely trustworthy and go above and beyond for their customers.
I brought my 2016 Jeep Patriot in with a starting issue we couldn't figure out. To make matters more stressful, we were very low on cash. The service advisor, Mike, was incredible. He went the extra mile to research our situation and actually discovered the starting issue was covered under a warranty! This saved us a significant amount of money and showed an amazing level of commitment and honesty.
But the exceptional service didn't stop there. Mike and the team also took the initiative to check the rest of the car, noticed an issue with the suspension, and fixed that as well. They were thorough, meticulous, and kept the car overnight to ensure all repairs were completed correctly.
The entire facility is clean and trustworthy. Today, they even called us just to check on the car and make sure everything was running smoothly! That kind of follow-up is truly rare.
