The pharmacists at this location are awesome! They greet me with a smile, and they know my medications and history so they catch anything that is prescribed that I could be allergic to or that could have negative effects with my other medications! They are top notch and 20 stars in my book because they go above and beyond to make sure my medications are in order and that I am safe

Someone explain to me how does a pharm tech hand over meds belonging to someone else with a completely different last name, address and DOB given they ask you to validate this info? (Rhetorical question) I was given a prescription belonging to someone else. Unfortunately, a mistake on my part, I did not check before leaving the store. When I get home I immediately noticed and went back to the pharmacy. The pharm tech that gave me the other person's medication YELLED from behind the counter, with one person in front of me and someone directly in front of her at the register, "hey, did you get someone else's medication?" And then screams to the staff around her, "I think we found the problem". You have got to be kidding me! Where is her common sense? And where is the pharmacist?... Oh, wait!.. He was cowardly standing behind the counter, watching this all unfold, not once acknowledging the seriousness of this situation. At least look up and acknowledge something needs your attention. Being busy isn’t an excuse! Look at me, advise me you need a few moments and step up to handle this. And show some empathy! Not a single staff member even said sorry. I eventually brought this to the attention to the only manager on duty (bakery manager) who advised me he'd speak w the assistant manager, siting as a bakery manager there wasn't much he could do. Now I'm questioning the entire operation of this location. How do you leave a bakery manager all to himself to manage an entire store? I'm sure he is capable, and I place no blame on him. But, seriously?? This is a mess!! Btw.. by handing me another person's medication, I not only have access to their personal info such as their address, full name, and DOB, I am now aware of their medical history. Now, let's take it one step further. What if I was unaware I was given the wrong meds and ingested something that was harmful or fatal? And given the lack of competence the pharmacist and his staff displayed yesterday, it's not too far fetched to assume it's only a matter of time something more severe happens.

Always had a great experience at this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the pharmacy techs are very professional and always very helpful. Due to moving out of state Will miss coming to this Pharmacy for my prescriptions and vaccines.

Kenneth “keny” This guy is amazing! Im a specialist in healthcare management and I been visiting this store since las July because this guy,He treats my 98 years old mom with so much respect and over all I can see he is a really special man. He is shy but really helpful a few days ago we was picking our groceries and one of the bags was heavy he help my mom then he says” thank you” so humble! More employees like him please!

I am disappointed at the total disregard Publix has for the pandemic. Every time I went there too many shoppers were not wearing masks. it is disgusting to see these people grabbing on produce and leaning over the dairy products with no mask. Me and my family no longer shop there because mask enforcement is not being done at a time of record Covid cases in Florida. I am so disgusted with Publix and I am sure there will be no reaction or response till after video goes viral or enough Tweets fly.

Good Happy Day Everyone!It is so wonderful to know there are still vendors in the world that still appreciate and care about their customers. I can always look to Publix to exceed these standards. Today this pharmacy went above and beyond when Brianna and Brandy worked up until the last minute of their shift exhausted as they were to get me taken care. After several phone calls of going back and forth with doctors and everything to work out the issues. I could not be more appreciative. Thank you Ladies!
