Great Store, But Hoping They Keep Cashiers!
My wife and I love shopping at our local Publix. The quality of their meat and produce is always top-notch, and the store is well-organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, making every trip a pleasant experience.
However, we’ve noticed that they’re starting to add self-checkouts, and while some might find them convenient, we’re concerned that this could lead to fewer cashiers over time. It would be truly disappointing if Publix followed the trend of other stores that eliminate cashiers entirely. Customers shouldn’t have to do the store’s job for free—many of us prefer a real person handling checkout, especially given Publix’s reputation for great service.
We’ll continue to shop here because of the quality and experience, but we really hope Publix stays true to its customer-first approach and keeps cashiers available for those who prefer them.

This Publix has by far one of the worst delis that I have ever been to. My wraps are NEVER ready on time. When I politely asked the employees for help with my order, they gave me a sneer look as if I was nothing but a bother, and they look at you like you’re crazy. The service is just extremely slow, disorganized and not at all customer service oriented in my opinion.. Also, they never have cannoli.

The manager here needs to train the cashier's better. I placed an instacart order and included was 3 avocados. The cashier rings up 33 avocados instead charging me an extra $50. I only received the 3 avocados I ordered. Now I have to fight to rectify this issue that was not even caused by me!!

Can't say too much bad about Publix deli services amazing always have fresh bread pies and cakes and cookies all the employees seem to be very friendly and anxious to help
