I brought my Frenchie here on 3-15-24 for his nails, it was his first time so he was very excited. I was waiting in the waiting area when the groom took him to the back table and started his nails. Her phone rang she walked away and he fell off the table! I immediately ran to him. He was hanging there with a noose around his neck due to the neglect of the groomer. Pet owners should be aware that this establishment owner told me this was a normal thing and she was the one who was calling. I was furious and will never use this business again. I don’t care if the president is calling get my dog down first! While I was there I witnessed 2 other dogs on tables with no one within arms reach. Dog owners beware!

Never again. My husband picked up our Jack Russell today and I could have groomed him better myself. His back looks like a washboard, one side of his face is way longer, like it's not even a professional groom. We don't even ask for anything fancy and he's been groomed all thru his 10yrs. So sad how good this place used to be when Loretta was there, or the gentleman before her. We came back here, by remembering how cheaper it had been and always a good job. We'll definitely go back to paying a bit more at petco and know it's at least a professional job and safe for our dog. So sad. My husband said picking him up, it almost didn't even seem safe. Our dog was loose running around, someone opened the front door and he had to snatch him up real quick, the "groomer" told him to just enter his credit card himself...just ugh. Never again.

They have always taken care of Molly, she always comes back super cute and happy. She loves her spa day! I called early in the morning to see if there was anyway I could get her in, and they were very accommodating. I plan to continue bringing her as long as I'm in this area.
